An integrated access system, comprising a first baseband unit (BBU), a remote common public radio interface (CPRI) data exchange unit connected to the first BBU by a first CPRI channel, a first radio frequency card (RFC) board on a socket of the first BBU, a repeater network management object function module, and a base station network management subsystem including the repeater network management object function module and connected to the first BBU by using an operation management (OM) channel. The first RFC board includes a digital up- and down-frequency conversion module, a digital combination and division module connected to the digital up- and down-frequency conversion module, and a CPRI compression and decompression module, and the digital combination and division module is connected to the CPRI compression and decompression module. The first BBU includes a CPRI mapping and demapping module connected to the CPRI compression and decompression module.

In each row of antenna elements in the antenna array, antenna elements on a same radio frequency RF channel are spaced by M antenna elements, where M is used to determine a quantity of beams in a first beam group and a quantity of beams in a second beam group, and M is an integer greater than 1. When the adjustable phase shifter is at a first angle, the first beam group is obtained; or when the adjustable phase shifter is at a second angle, the second beam group is obtained. This application discloses a beam adjustment method. In this application, a plurality of beams can be formed in a horizontal direction, and the beams are grouped by using an adjustable phase shifter, thereby effectively improving beam adjustment flexibility.

In this system, the base band unit (BBU) and RF unit (RFU) of the base station are separated, and the RFU is equipped with base band RF interfaces for interconnecting the BBU and transmitting data information, thereby forming the base station. Based on the separation of the BBU from the RFU, the BBU capacity is further divided at the same time, and every unit is also arranged independently. The BBU networking and capacity expansion may be achieved with capacity expansion interfaces and base band RF interfaces provided by BBU interface units in flexible and convenient ways.
