An anastomosis protection device is provided, including: a protective sleeve located inside a tubular tissue and positioned correspondingly to the anastomotic stoma; at least one fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly comprises at least one first fixing member and at least one second fixing member, wherein the first fixing member is provided on an outer wall of the tubular tissue, the second fixing member is provided on an inner surface of the protective sleeve and positioned correspondingly to the first fixing member, and the first fixing member and the second fixing member being relatively fixed by means of magnetic attraction. The device provides an extension and retraction space for the tissue.

A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes a first handle, a second handle, a slot provided in the second handle and a slider slidably located in the slot. When the slider is in the first section of the slot, the first handle and the second handle are not linked; when the slider is in the second section of the slot, the first handle is linked to the second handle and actuates the second handle to move from an insurance position to a firing position. Therefore, only the movement of the second handle can fire the stapler. No matter whether the stapler is ready to be fired or not, the first handle can be pressed by the doctor, while the stapler cannot be fired when the stapler is not ready to be fired.

The present invention provides a tissue closure device, comprising: a first clamping base and a second clamping base which may be opened/closed relatively and form an accommodation cavity after being closed; and a pouch assembly which may be driven to move in the accommodation cavity, wherein: the pouch assembly comprises a staple pusher, a pair of needle heads movably connected to the staple pusher, and a connection portion connected to the proximal ends of the pair of needle heads; and when the staple pusher moves from the proximal end to the distal end, the pair of needle heads pushes a tubular tissue located in the accommodation cavity to the distal end until the distal ends of the pair of needle heads are closed to close the tubular tissue into a purse string. A bundled purse string with a gathered center may be formed through the tissue closure device.

The staple pushing sheet and the staple accommodating portion are configured to cooperatively drive the closure staple in the staple accommodating portion to deform. In the present invention, a bundled pouch with a gathered center is formed through the tissue closure device, so that risks of stoma fistula arising from subsequent anastomosis through a circular stapler are reduced; and the surgery cost is reduced.

A stapling head assembly includes a cartridge support having a proximal end, a connecting tube, a cutter pushing rod, and a lockout mechanism. The tube includes a distal end connected to the proximal end. The rod is movably set inside the tube. The mechanism is connected to the tube, and includes a pressing block and a pushing block. The pressing block is used to lock the proximal end to prevent the rod from moving before the assembly is used. The pressing block is rotatable between a first position and a second position relative to the tube. The pushing block is used to push the pressing block to rotate from the first position towards the second position. The pushing block is located at one side of the pressing block, and is movable between a third position and a fourth position relative to the tube along a longitudinal direction.

A linear surgical stapler includes an upper staple cartridge receiving half-section, a lower staple cartridge receiving half-section and a staple cartridge assembly. The staple cartridge assembly includes a cutting groove in which a reciprocating movement cutter is mounted. The cutter includes a bottom surface and a knife blade located at a far end of the cutter. The staple cartridge assembly includes a restricting member mounted therein and an elastic stopper. The elastic stopper abuts against the restricting member when the staple cartridge assembly is in an initial state. The restricting member breaks away from the staple cartridge assembly when the staple cartridge assembly is in a firing complete state, thereby preventing the cutter from sliding towards the far end of the staple cartridge. As a result, misfiring throughout the whole operation of the linear surgical stapler is prevented.

A linear cutting stapler comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or open relative to each other.
