A polarizer, a polarizer array, a polarization-controllable method and apparatus, and an electronic device are disclosed. The polarizer includes multiple types of polarization units, each polarization unit includes a first liquid crystal cell and a second liquid crystal cell that are laminated, each liquid crystal cell includes a liquid crystal layer and an alignment film, and the alignment film is connected to an electrode layer configured to apply an external voltage to the liquid crystal layer. The first liquid crystal cell and the second liquid crystal cell of each polarization unit may be separately controlled as 'connected' or “disconnected”, and orientations of alignment films of first liquid crystal cells between all the multiple types of polarization units are different. In a same polarization unit, when one liquid crystal cell is in an on state, emergent light of the polarization unit is polarized light in one polarization direction.

A liquid aperture, an electronic device, and a driving method and apparatus for a liquid aperture are provided. The liquid aperture includes a first substrate, a first electrode plate, an insulation layer, a hydrophobic layer, a hydrophilic layer, a sidewall, a second electrode plate, and a second substrate that are disposed adjacent to each other in sequence in a direction of an optical axis of the liquid aperture. A first hollow structure is formed in a middle of the sidewall. The hydrophilic layer includes a first hydrophilic part and a second hydrophilic part. There are N second hollow structures between the first hydrophilic part and the second hydrophilic part. The first hollow structure communicates with the N second hollow structures to form a closed cavity. The closed cavity is filled with a transparent electrolyte and dyed oil. The dyed oil is incompatible with the transparent electrolyte.

Embodiments provide an optical imaging system, which includes a first aberration compensation lens group, a polarizer, an optical imaging module, and a display, where the display, the first aberration compensation lens group, the polarizer, and the optical imaging module are sequentially arranged. The display is configured to emit non-polarized light. The first aberration compensation lens group is configured to perform aberration compensation on the non-polarized light emitted by the display. The polarizer is configured to transmit polarized light in non-polarized light that is obtained after the aberration compensation and that is emitted by the first aberration compensation lens group. The optical imaging module is configured to: fold an optical path, and emit the polarized light. The embodiments of this application are applied to an optical imaging process.
