A body frame and a vehicle having the same are provided. The body frame includes: a transverse beam, provided with a transverse sliding groove; a longitudinal beam, connected with the transverse beam and provided with a longitudinal sliding groove; and a joint, disposed at a junction of the transverse beam and the longitudinal beam and mounted to the transverse beam by a transverse rivet and to the longitudinal beam by a longitudinal rivet. The transverse rivet is slidably mated with the transverse sliding groove, and the longitudinal rivet is slidably mated with the longitudinal sliding groove.

Body frame joint and vehicle having same

A body frame joint and a vehicle having the same are disclosed. The body frame joint includes a transverse beam connecting plate, provided with a first transverse beam mounting member and a second transverse beam mounting member and mounted to a transverse beam of a body frame by the first transverse beam mounting member and the second transverse beam mounting member; and a longitudinal beam connecting plate, provided with a first longitudinal beam mounting member and a second longitudinal beam mounting member and mounted to a longitudinal beam of the body frame by the first longitudinal beam mounting member and the second longitudinal beam mounting member.

A bus is provided, including: a frame assembly including a front frame, a rear frame and a hinge turntable therebetween; carriages including a front carriage having a front carriage body and a front carriage floor, and a rear carriage having a rear carriage body and a rear carriage floor; a front axle and a middle axle disposed at a bottom of the front frame; a rear axle disposed at a bottom of the rear frame; a first group of battery packs including a first battery pack disposed within a rear cabin in the rear of the rear carriage body and a second battery pack disposed on the rear frame; a second group of battery packs disposed on upper surfaces of top roof of the front and rear carriage bodies; a third group of battery packs disposed on the front carriage floor and between the front axle and the hinge turntable.

An electric bus is disclosed, comprising a body including a floor, a rear cabin, and two front wheel wells. The front wheel wells are disposed in a middle section of the body. The body further includes a seat area having one or more seats arranged in one or more rows. The rear cabin is disposed behind a back row of the seats. The electric bus further includes a chassis and a battery system for providing electric power to the electric bus. The battery system further comprises a first battery group disposed above the respective front wheel wells; a second battery group disposed under the floor and proximate to an intermediate row of the seats; and a third battery group disposed under the floor and proximate to a back row of the seats and in the rear cabin behind the back row of seats.
