An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes a substrate including a light emitting region and a peripheral region. An auxiliary power supply wire is disposed in the peripheral region. A lower electrode is disposed in the light emitting region. A pixel defining layer, disposed on the substrate, exposes a portion of the lower electrode and a portion of the auxiliary power supply wire. A first common layer, disposed on the pixel defining layer and the lower electrode, exposes the auxiliary power supply wire. A light emitting structure is disposed on the first common layer. The light emitting structure exposes the auxiliary power supply wire. A second common layer is disposed on the light emitting structure, the second common layer covering the light emitting structure and exposing the auxiliary power supply wire. An upper electrode is disposed on the second common layer and contacts the auxiliary power supply wire.

An organic light emitting diode display includes: a panel; a data driver connected to a data line formed on the panel; a gate driver crossing the data line in an insulated manner and connected to gate lines formed on the panel; an input line for receiving clock signals from the outside; a first connecting line electrically connected to the input line to supply the clock signal to the gate driver; a second connecting line electrically connected to the input line; and a third connecting line extended from the second connecting line to electrically connect the second connecting line and the first connecting line.

A scan driver includes: a plurality of scan driving blocks including an output terminal outputting a scan signal to a scan line; a first transistor transmitting a voltage of a power source to the output terminal; a second transistor transmitting a clock signal to the output terminal; and a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to a node formed with a gate-on voltage turning on the second transistor, one terminal connected to the power source, and the other terminal connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The scan driver may reduce the influence of a leakage current even though application of the scan signal is increased, and a scan signal of a uniform voltage level may be output.

Scan driver, light emitting driver, and driving method thereof

An organic light-emitting display apparatus for forming a frame by utilizing a plurality of subfields to display gradation. The organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a light-emitting pixel on a display area, a dummy pixel on a dummy area adjacent to the display area, and a repair line coupled to the dummy pixel. The light-emitting pixel is configured to emit light according to a logic level of a data signal applied during each of the subfields, and to adjust an emission time. The repair line is configured to couple the dummy pixel to a light-emitting element when the light-emitting element is separated from the light-emitting pixel, to provide a path to control a light emission of the light-emitting element according to a logic level of a dummy data signal applied to the dummy pixel.

A display device comprises a substrate, a first pixel on the substrate, the first pixel comprising a first subpixel, a second subpixel, and a third subpixel, a second pixel on the substrate, the second pixel comprising a fourth subpixel, a fifth subpixel, and a sixth subpixel, first, second, third and fourth power supply lines extending in one direction and respectively coupled to the first, third, fifth, and sixth subpixels, and fifth and sixth power supply lines crossing the first, second, third, and fourth power supply lines and respectively coupled to the fourth and second subpixels.

Display device

A controller for a display panel may include a first supply circuit to output first and second driving voltages to a sub-pixel of a first color; and a second supply circuit to output third and fourth driving voltages to a sub-pixel of a second color. The first driving voltage may be greater than the second driving voltage, and the third driving voltage may be greater than the fourth driving voltage. Also, at least three of the first, second, third, and fourth driving voltages may be different from one another.

Organic light emitting diode display and method of driving the same

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one embodiment, the OLED display includes a panel including pixels which are configured to control an amount of current that flows from a first power source to a second power source to generate an image of predetermined brightness. The display may also include at least one first power source line formed on a top of the panel and at least one second power source line positioned on a bottom of the panel to face the first power source line. The display may further include a first switch configured to alternately supply the first power source to the first power source line and the second power source line.

A pixel includes a first transistor coupled between a first power source and a first node, the first transistor including a gate electrode coupled to a second node, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) coupled between the first node and a second power source, a second transistor for supplying a data signal to the second node in response to a scan signal, a third transistor having a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically coupled to each other, the third transistor being coupled to the first power source and the second node, and a fourth transistor having a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically coupled to each other, the fourth transistor being coupled between the second node and the first node.
