An air injection mechanism for nail guns includes a gun body having an air chamber; a valve base having a rod hole disposed in the gun body; a movable valve rod, one end of the valve rod engages with the rod hole and extends out of the gun body to form a press end, and another end of the valve rod extends through the air chamber and fixes to another side surface of the gun body, the valve rod and the rod hole cooperate to form an air guiding gap therebetween, the valve rod includes a ringed pushing surface; an air guiding passage formed in the valve rod, which includes an air inlet port connecting to the air guiding gap and an air injection port connecting to environment; an O-ring disposed in the rod hold for controlling the flux of the air that discharged form the air injection port.

A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body having an immovable cylinder therein; a hitting piston disposed in the cylinder; a main air housing collecting a compressed high pressure air with a constant pressure; and at least one main passage disposed at a peripheral portion of the cylinder or a side of the main air housing, the at least one main passage having a valve bolt therein to divide the main passage into a top passage, a middle valve chamber, and a bottom passage, the top passage and the middle valve chamber being connecting with the main air housing for introducing and gathering high pressure air therein, the middle valve chamber being connecting with the bottom passage via a main valve opening, the valve bolt being capable of controlling the opening and closing of the main valve opening for rapidly repositing the piston.

Pneumatic nail gun

A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body, a movable cylinder, a piston and a slidable sleeve valve. The gun body has a main air housing collecting a compressed high pressure air with a constant pressure, and a trigger at one end of the main air housing driving the high pressure air to shoot a nail. The movable cylinder is disposed in the main housing, which moves upward when the trigger is pressed, and moves downward for reposition when the trigger is released. The piston is slidably movably disposed in the cylinder, which has a driver blade extending from the piston. The driver blade protrudes out of the gun body for punching against the nail in accordance with a downward movement of the piston. The slidable sleeve valve is assembled at an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder, which introduces high pressure air to drive the piston move upward when the cylinder moves downward to its lower dead center, and is driven downward after the piston moves to its upper dead center.

A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body having a cylinder therein; a hitting piston disposed in the cylinder; a main air housing collecting high pressure air; a trigger at one end of the main air housing; a main passage disposed at a peripheral portion of the cylinder, the main passage being connecting with the main air housing for gathering high pressure air therein; and a bottom valve disposed at a bottom peripheral portion of the cylinder, the bottom valve being driven to upwardly move for continuously guiding high pressure air into the bottom chamber to drive the hitting piston upwardly move to reposit when the trigger is released. When the high pressure air in the main passage is recharged, the bottom valve is driven by the high pressure air gathered in the main passage to move downward to reposit after the hitting piston being reposited.

An exemplary pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body having a nail punching piston and a nail pushing passage. A nail pusher has a nail pushing cylinder connecting to the nail pushing passage. The nail pushing cylinder includes a nail pushing piston and a spring. An air distribution ring having an axial through hole and a radial through hole. The axial through hole guides the high pressure air to drive the nail punching piston to reposition after the nail punching piston downwardly moving to punch the nails. The radial through hole guides the high pressure air into the nail pushing cylinder via the nail pushing passage to drive the nail pushing piston to take the nails, and also exhaust the high pressure air in the nail pushing cylinder and the nail pushing passage to make the nail pushing piston reposition to push the nails when the nail punching piston reposition.

A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body with a trigger, collecting a compressed high pressure air with a constant pressure, a movable cylinder installed in the gun body, a hitting piston disposed in the cylinder, a valve ring formed outside the cylinder, a head valve disposed on the top of the cylinder, at least one return passage formed outside the cylinder, and a valve bolt disposed in the return passage. Before the trigger is pressed, the high pressure air drives the valve ring to keep the cylinder at the upper position to close the head valve. When the trigger is pressed, the high pressure air drives the cylinder move downwardly to open the head valve for guiding the high pressure air to drive the piston downwardly move to hit nails. When the trigger is released, the high pressure air drives the valve bolt open for guiding the high pressure air via the return passage to drive the piston rapidly move upwardly to reposit.

A pneumatic nail gun has a gun body having a main air housing; a cylinder fixed in the main air housing; a hitting piston slidably movable in the cylinder; a dish-shaped piston disposed at a top end portion of the cylinder; an upper slidable sleeve valve disposed at a top portion of an out peripheral surface of the cylinder, which is driven to move upward by the high pressure air in the main air housing; and a lower slidable sleeve valve disposed at a lower portion of an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder, which is driven to move downward for guiding the high pressure air into the cylinder for upward deposition of the hitting piston when the upper slidable sleeve valve moves upward, and is driven to upward reposite when the hitting piston moves to its upper dead center.

A palm nailer includes a main body, a rotating table mounted on the main body, a mounting seat mounted on the rotating table to connect with a nail magazine. The mounting seat and the nail magazine can rotate with the rotating table. A brake lever is pivotally engaged with the rotating table. The palm nailer further includes a denticulate plate with a number of alveolus formed around the periphery thereof. The brake lever can be resisted by the alveolus to prevent the rotating table rotating so that the nail magazine is fixed at a proper position. The brake lever may also be released from the alveolus to make the rotating table rotate so that the nail magazine can rotate around the main body.

A nail gun switch mechanism has a trigger valve bar received in a trigger of the nail gun; a trigger lever pivotally disposed on the trigger; a safety slidable bar pivotally disposed on a gun body; a longitudinal guiding hole formed at a peripheral side of the gun body; a shaft slidably received in the guiding hole; a switch bar arranged on the shaft, which the switch bar can bring the shaft to rotate in the longitudinally guiding hole; and a hitting base of the safety slidable bar extending out from an hitting mouth formed at a bottom portion of the gun body. The shaft has a bias pole disposed at a top portion thereof, which the bias pole can synchronously rotate with the shaft and can be reposited by the adjusting of the switch bar. The trigger lever has a shorter end portion; a longer end portion; and an opening.

Nail gun switch mechanism for switching dual actuation modes

A nail driver includes a braking unit and a resilient element. The braking unit has a protrusion and is pushed by the resilient element. The braking unit is abutted to a nail pusher of the nail driver to push nails together with the nail pusher in a nail cartridge of the nail driver. When there is no more nail left, the braking unit is pushed to block in the moving path of a securing slide rod of the nail driver so that the nail drive cannot be actuated until the nails are reloaded.

A nail driver includes a cell formed inside a nail cartridge. A braking unit with one end formed as a retaining portion and the other end formed as a contact portion is pivotally installed in the cell. A resilient member is installed in the cell for pressing on the contact portion to swing the retaining portion to a releasing position so that a securing slide rod can freely slide to have the nail drive being actuated when there is any nail in the nail cartridge. When there is no more nail, a nail pusher pushed by a spring makes a protrusion of the nail pusher pressing on the contact portion against the resilient member to swing the retaining portion to a restraining position to block in the moving path of an extending portion of the securing slide so that the nail drive cannot be actuated until the nails are reloaded.
