A method for uplink transmission performed by a UE is provided. The method includes: receiving a first configured grant configuration that allocates a first PUSCH duration; receiving a second configured grant configuration that allocates a second PUSCH duration, wherein the second PUSCH duration overlaps with the first PUSCH duration; obtaining a first HARQ process ID for the first PUSCH duration, then determining whether a first configured grant timer associated with the first HARQ process ID is running; obtaining a second HARQ process ID for the second PUSCH duration, then determining whether a second configured grant timer associated with the second HARQ process ID is running; and selecting one of the first PUSCH duration and the second PUSCH duration for an uplink transmission based on whether the first configured grant timer is running and whether the second configured grant timer is running.

Method and apparatus for uplink transmission

Some of the present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) for receiving a power saving signal. The method receives, from a base station, a power saving signal comprising a minimum applicable K0 (K0min) that indicates a minimum scheduling offset restriction between a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The method determines an application delay based on a predefined value. The method then applies the minimum scheduling offset restriction after the application delay.

The method comprises receiving, from a Base Station (BS), a first configuration indicating at least one of a scheduling offset, a common Timing Advance (TA), and satellite ephemeris information; receiving, from the BS, a second configuration indicating a TA offset for a TA variable; determining a UE-specific TA based on the satellite ephemeris information; determining a total TA based on at least one of the TA variable, the TA offset for the TA variable, the common TA, and the UE-specific TA; and starting, from a transmission by the UE, a time window after an additional time based on the total TA and the scheduling offset.

A method for a UE for performing a dormant operation is provided. User equipment and method for configuring PUCCH resources

A method performed by a BS for handling repetitions of transmissions is provided. The method includes transmitting an RRC configuration including a first parameter configured with a first value and a second parameter configured with at least one second value; and transmitting DCI on a PDCCH scheduling a PUSCH transmission. The DCI enables the UE to select one of the first parameter and the second parameter to determine a number of PUSCH repetitions; determine the number of PUSCH repetitions as the first value when the first parameter is selected; determine the number of PUSCH repetitions as one of the at least one second value indicated by the DCI when the second parameter is selected; and perform the PUSCH transmission for a number of times based on the number of PUSCH repetitions. The method includes grouping PUCCH resources for CSI and an SR with a low priority and PUCCH resources for a slot-based HARQ-ACK into a first group of PUCCH resources; grouping PUCCH resources for CSI and an SR with a high priority and PUCCH resources for a sub-slot based HARQ-ACK into a second group of PUCCH resources; determining a first set of PUCCH resources in a slot from the first group; obtaining first multiplexed UCI of a first PUCCH resource by a first UCI multiplexing procedure for UCI corresponding to the first set; determining a second set of PUCCH resources in a sub-slot of the slot from the second group; and obtaining second multiplexed UCI of a second PUCCH resource by a second UCI multiplexing procedure for UCI corresponding to the second set.
