An air conditioning system of a motor vehicle, having a housing with at least two independent air ducts formed therein, which are arranged separately from each other by at least one partition wall in the housing. A cooling heat exchanger is arranged in the housing such that it is flowed through by air, which can flow into the at least two independent air ducts. A heating heat exchanger is arranged in the housing such that it protrudes into the at least two independent air ducts and is flowed through by air of the at least two independent air ducts. The heating heat exchanger being an electrically operable heat exchanger, which is formed with several independently heated heat exchanger areas, so that the air flowing through an heat exchanger area is independently heatable and each independent air duct is provided at least one heat exchanger area.

Air conditioning system of a motor vehicle

A ventilation device may include first and second supply ducts, a mixing section having a mixing duct into which the first and second supply ducts may lead, the first and second supply ducts arranged in the mixing section adjacent one another in a transverse direction, and first and second guides in the mixing section each running in the transverse direction and being located opposite one another in a longitudinal direction running transversely to the transverse direction, each guide having two guide walls running in the transverse direction and located opposite one another in a height direction running transversely to the transverse direction and longitudinal direction, at least one of the guide walls sloping away from the other guide wall at a slope angle with respect to the longitudinal direction. A valve may have a plate body and may be adjustably guided with a first guide section running in the transverse direction in the first guide and with a second guide section running in the transverse direction in the second guide. An actuator may during operation adjust the valve in the transverse direction between a first position, in which the valve fluidically separates the second supply duct from the mixing duct and opens a fluidic connection between the first supply duct and the mixing duct, and a second position, in which the valve fluidically separates the first supply duct from the mixing duct and opens a fluidic connection between the second supply duct and the mixing duct, wherein the first guide section has a first thickness running in the height direction and which is smaller than a second thickness of the second guide section running in the height direction in such a manner that both guide sections are each in contact with both guide walls of the associated guide.

Ventilation device

A ventilation device may include a housing, a fluid channel system, a heat exchanger, and a slider arrangement. The slider arrangement may include at least one first slider and at least one second slider arranged within the fluid channel system upstream of the heat exchanger and downstream of the heat exchanger respectively. The first and second slider may be guidable transversely with respect to at least one fluid flow. The first and second slider may each be actuatable. At least one of a volume flow and a mass flow of at least one fluid flow may be at least one of controllable and regulatable via actuation of the first slider. At least one of a predetermined fluid temperature and a predeterminable fluid temperature of a mixed fluid may be settable and at least two fluids may be mixable via actuation of the second slider.

A ventilation device may include a housing, a fluid channel system, a heat exchanger, and a slider arrangement. The slider arrangement may include at least one first slider and at least one second slider arranged within the fluid channel system upstream of the heat exchanger and downstream of the heat exchanger respectively. The first and second slider may be guidable transversely with respect to at least one fluid flow. The first and second slider may each be actuatable via a respective pinion shaft. At least one of a volume flow and a mass flow of at least one fluid flow may be at least one of controllable and regulatable via actuation of the first slider. At least one of a predetermined fluid temperature and a predeterminable fluid temperature of a mixed fluid may be settable and at least two fluids may be mixable via actuation of the second slider.

A shaft-bearing bush assembly for a valve arrangement for an air-conditioning system is disclosed. The shaft-bearing bush assembly includes a shaft drive-connectable to a valve of the valve arrangement and a bearing bush, in which the shaft is rotatably received relative to the bearing bush between a first rotary position and a second rotary position about an axis of rotation extending along the axial direction. A bush projection is non-rotatably arranged on the bearing bush relative to the bearing bush and a shaft projection is non-rotatably arranged on the shaft relative to the shaft. The bush projection and the shaft projection are matched to one another such that the bush projection provides a rotary stop for the shaft projection for limiting the rotary movement of the shaft between the first rotary position and the second rotary position.

An air filter for a ventilation system of a motor vehicle may include a plate-shaped filter body of a folded filter material and at least one sealing strip secured to a lateral edge of the filter body. Adjacent folds of the filter body may be connected to one another via a seam, may follow one another in a longitudinal filter direction, and may extend in a transverse filter direction. The at least one sealing strip may have at least one removal opening penetrating the at least one sealing strip. At least one removal nozzle for removing air flowing through the air filter may be securable to the at least one removal opening.

The present invention relates to a fluid line system () for guiding fluid, in particular for a motor vehicle. The fluid line system () comprises a sensor device () for capturing sensor parameters and a housing (), which has two or more housing parts (). Each housing part () has a mounting surface area () for arranging a further housing part (). The housing () further has a groove arrangement (), which comprises at least one groove recess (), which is arranged on a mounting surface area (), wherein a groove recess () has a groove opening (), which opens out to the respective mounting surface area (). In any case, the groove opening () is closed by in a fluid-tight manner means of the mounting surface area () of at least one further housing part (). It is attained thereby that a fluid duct (), through which fluid can flow and through which fluid can be applied to the sensor device (), is limited between the respective groove recess () and the respective mounting surface area ().

Fluid line system for guiding fluid, in particular for a motor vehicle, and air conditioning device for a motor vehicle, in particular a HVAC device

An air-conditioning system comprises a channel system, a system conveying device positioned in the channel system and configured to convey air in the channel system, a sensor device comprising at least one analysis channel and configured to measure a characteristic of air flowing through the at least one analysis channel, and a suction jet pump comprising a motive-fluid inlet, a suction inlet, and a pump outlet. The system conveying device separates a suction area of the channel system arranged upstream of the system conveying device from a pressure area of the channel system arranged downstream from the system conveying device, and the sensor device further comprises a sensor outlet configured to release air from the sensor device. The motive-fluid inlet is fluidically connected to the pressure area via a suction jet branch-off point within the channel system, and the suction inlet is fluidically connected to the sensor outlet.

Motor vehicle air-conditioning system

An air-conditioning unit of a vehicle for air-conditioning a vehicle interior may include a unit outlet for discharging air into the vehicle interior, an outside-air duct for an intake of outside air, and an air recirculation duct for recirculation of inside air from the vehicle interior. The air-conditioning unit may also include an outside-air shut-off element arranged in the outside-air duct, which in a closed position blocks a flow of outside air through the outside-air duct, and a recirculated-air shut-off element arranged in the air recirculation duct, which in a closed position blocks a flow of inside air through the air recirculation duct. The air-conditioning unit may further include a sensor device for detecting a property of air. On at least one duct of the outside-air duct and the recirculation duct, a bypass may be arranged which bypasses an associated shut-off element and is fluidically connected to the sensor device.

Air-conditioning unit of a vehicle

An air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle to air-condition a vehicle interior may include a channel system through which air is flowable and an outside-air channel configured to let outside air into the channel system. The air-conditioning system may also include a system conveying device separating a suction area from a pressure area and a system filter device separating a raw area from a pure area. The system filter device may include a filter housing and a filter material. The air-conditioning system may additionally include a system outlet to let air into the vehicle interior and a sensor device, including a sensor housing, in which at least one analysis channel is arranged, through which air, a characteristic of which is measured, is flowable. The sensor device may also include at least one sensor inlet and at least one sensor outlet to let air in and out of the sensor device.

Air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle

An air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle may include a channel system configured to allow air to flow therethrough during operation and at least one heat exchanger positioned within the main channel and configured to air-condition air supplied to a motor vehicle interior of the motor vehicle. The channel system may include a main channel. The system may include a sensor device configured to measure an air characteristic of air to be analysed. The sensor device may include an analysis channel which the air to be analysed can flow through, a generation device configured to generate electromagnetic waves penetrating the analysis channel, a sensor temperature-control space separated from the analysis channel, and a temperature-control channel configured to apply air-conditioned air to the generation device to control a temperature of the generation device. The generation device is at least partially arranged in the sensor temperature-control space.

An air-conditioning system of a vehicle for air-conditioning a vehicle interior compartment may include a channel system which is flowed through by air and a sensor device for detecting at least one property of air. The sensor device may include at least one analysis channel through which air is flowable during operation, and a generating device configured to generate and emit electromagnetic waves. The sensor device may also include a diverting device configured to divert the electromagnetic waves emitted by the generating device at least partially into an interaction section of the at least one analysis channel, through which interaction section the diverted electromagnetic waves may pass and interact with air flowing through the at least one analysis channel. The sensor device may also include a detector which detects the diverted electromagnetic waves after the interaction with the air.

Air-conditioning system for a vehicle

A motor mounting device having a motor adapter that is formed substantially ring-shaped or pot-shaped and is used to receive a motor, and having a motor mount, which is used to hold the motor adapter, whereby elastic damping elements are disposed between the motor adapter and the motor mount, whereby the damping elements are formed as extruded profiles.

Motor mounting device

A centrifugal blower for an air conditioning system in a motor vehicle may include a centrifugal fan with an electric motor, which may drive a fan wheel in rotation. The centrifugal blower may also include a motor bracket for the electric motor, which may receive the centrifugal fan internally and may have a collar extending outward in a radial direction. An encircling water protection ring may be arranged internally on the collar, the water protection ring extending upward in an axial direction. The motor bracket may be configured as a hollow part with an interior annular water collection channel arranged beneath the collar, and may have a floor tilted radially outward. The at least one opening may be disposed at a transition from the collar to the water protection ring, by which water may drain into the water collection channel. The water collection channel may include at least one drain.

Centrifugal blower

A blower device may include a housing and a motor mounted in the housing via a motor holder. The motor holder may be held on the housing via a plurality of arms such that a movement of the motor relative to the housing is permitted and a transmission of vibrations of the motor to the housing is dampened. The motor holder, at least one arm of the plurality of arms and the housing may be configured as a unipartite plastics injection-moulded part. Each arm of the plurality of arms may have a plurality of sections. The plurality of sections may include a first section connected to the motor holder, a second section angled relative to the first section, and a third section angled relative to the second section and connected to the housing.
