A system for making a composition of matter that may include a neutralization reactor; an oil phase mixer or preparation vessel; an aqueous phase mixer or preparation vessel; an emulsifier; a homogenizer or comparable; a polymerization reactor, which may be a tube reactor; and an inversion vessel or comparable. The system may be suitable to make or otherwise produce the composition that includes by weight percent about: 15-25% oil phase; 35-50% water; 20-35% polymer; 0-10% surfactant; and 0-3% other trace materials.

A system for making and using a ground product that includes one or more of: a reactor operated to react a guar split with a reagent at a reaction temperature in a range of 120&#xb0; F. to 180&#xb0; F. to form a guar derivative, and a treatment and transfer section for optionally treating the guar derivative and transferring the guar derivative to a co-grinder. The co-grinder is operably associated with a heated vacuum system and is operated to co-grind an acid with the guar derivative to form a ground product.

A process for making and using a ground product that includes the steps of: reacting a guar split with propylene oxide at a reaction temperature in a range of 120&#xb0; F. to 180&#xb0; F. to form a guar derivative; and treating the guar derivative with at least one of washing and drying to form a resultant treated derivative. The process includes transferring the resultant treated derivative to a co-grinder operably associated with a heated vacuum system; and co-grinding the resultant treated derivative with a powdered carboxylic acid to form a ground product.

A method for monitoring an amount of a chemical material that includes: providing an at least one portable container; and providing into the at least one portable container a first amount of the chemical material. The method includes operatively associating a sensor with the at least one portable container, the sensor effective to detect a first level of the chemical material in the at least portable container and to generate a first data signal based on the first level. The method includes operating the sensor to detect a change in the amount of the chemical material in the at least one portable container, and thereby to generate a second data signal based on the change. The method includes using a processor in operable communication with the sensor.

Embodiments of the disclosure pertain to a system effective to monitor an amount of a material that includes a portable container, wherein the material is within the portable container; a sensor in the portable container, the sensor effective to detect a first level of the material in the portable container when the portable container is at a first location and to generate a first data signal based on the first level; and a processor in communication with the sensor, the processor effective to receive the first data signal and effective to generate a report based on the first data signal, the report relating to an amount of the material in the container.

Embodiments of the disclosure pertain to a system effective to monitor an amount of a material, the system includes a portable container, the material is within the portable container; a sensor operatively associated with the portable container, the sensor effective to detect a first level of the material in the portable container when the portable container is at a first location and to generate a first data signal based on the first level, and the sensor is also effective to detect a second level of the material in the portable container and to generate a second data signal based on the second level; a processor in communication with the sensor, the sensor is able to communicate the first data signal and the second data signal to the processor, and the processor is effective to receive the data signals, and effective to generate a report based on the first data signal and the second data signal.

A system and method effective to monitor an amount of material in a portable container. The system may comprise a material and sensor in a container. The sensor is effective to detect a first level of the material when the container is at a first location and to generate a first data signal in response. The sensor is effective to detect a second level of the material in the container when the container is at a second location and to generate a second data signal in response. The sensor is further effective to send the first and second data signal to a processor. The processor is effective to receive the first and second data signal and generate a report based on the first and the second data signal, the report relating to an amount of the material in the container.
