A head lamp for motor vehicle comprising a reflector, an adjusting member for adjusting a reflector position, and an assembly for connecting the adjusting member with the reflector and including a socket that receives a ball portion formed at an end of the adjusting member, and has a hair pin-shaped resilient portion which extends through a sleeve body defined by a reflector connecting portion, and includes an outer surface complementary to a guide surface defined by an inner surface of the sleeve body, and an end having a shoulder thereat that engages a shoulder formed on an end portion of the sleeve body, in the end position of the socket.

Head lamp for motor vehicles

A headlight for a power vehicle, comprises a housing mountable on a body of a vehicle, a frame which supports a reflector and is arranged in the housing, the frame being turnable in a horizontal and a vertical direction, a unit for turning the frame in the horizontal and the vertical direction and including a rotary part axially secured in the housing, a turning part articulately connectable with the reflector, and a deflecting mechanism which couples the parts with one another, the deflecting mechanism including a cable shaft and an angular transmission.

Headlight for power vehicle

An air-vent headlight includes an air outlet device formed of plastic and provided on the underside of the inner reflector and an air inlet device, also of plastic, and arranged on the upper side of the outer reflector. The air outlet device has a horizontal outlet tube the front side of which is inclined towards the center of the headlight. The air inlet device has an inlet tube extending opposite to the direction of travel of the vehicle.

Air-vent headlight for motor vehicles

A frame for a headlight of a motor vehicle includes a connecting element of thermoplastics secured to a transparent pane of the headlight, and a screening element of rubber which is non-releasably connected to the connecting element. The frame engages the housing of the headlight and is supported on the transparent pane. The frame has a ring-shaped bead abutting against the pane and a ring-shaped lip lying on the body of the motor vehicle.

Frame for headlights of motor vehicles

In a bulb assembly of a vehicle headlight the bulb has a socket formed with an outer annular groove which conically converges towards a filament positioned in a lower portion of the bulb. An O-ring inserted into the groove seals the bulb against a headlight reflector in assembly. The width of the groove in the axial direction of the bulb is selected so that upon pulling the bulb out from the reflector the O-ring performs a rolling motion so that a required pulling force is substantially reduced and a danger for a user injury is prevented.

Bulb assembly for a vehicle headlight

The reflector of a headlight is tiltably mounted to a housing by means of an articulated fixed support and by two articulated adjustable supports. Each support includes a first interlocking part step engaging a recess in the housing and a second interlocking part snap engaging a stud at the rear wall of the reflector. The first and second interlocking parts are joined together by a ball and socket joint and all these parts are linked together in the same direction which is parallel to the optical axis of the reflector.

Headlight for motor vehicles

A headlight for a motor vehicle includes a bulb holder carrying a bulb, and a reflector of thermosetting plastics, which is releasably connectable to the bulb holder by a bayonet-type lock. A clamping ring mounted on the bulb holder effects a bayonet-type connection between the bulb and the bulb holder.
