The invention relates to a machine tool with a tool receiving device that is movable around an output shaft. The tool receiving device is designed to hold a tool device on the machine tool such that the output shaft and a tool rotation axis substantially coincide. The tool receiving device has at least one torque transmission region and a holding device. To transmit a driving force to the tool device, the torque transmission region has at least two output area regions arranged at a distance from said output shaft, with each having a multiplicity of surface points. The tangent planes to said surface points are inclined in regard to an axial plane including said output shaft. The tangent planes are inclined in regard to a radial plane extending perpendicularly to the output shaft. The machine tool thus transmits the output torque to the tool device via the tool receiving device.

Power tool

The invention relates to a tool device which is suitable for use with a machine tool, in particular a hand guided machine tool, having a driving device moving, in particular in an oscillating manner, around a driving axis. The tool device has an attachment device which allows it to be fastened on a machine tool such that its driving axis and an axis of rotation of the tool substantially coincide. The attachment device, for absorbing the driving force, has at least two driving area regions, which are spaced apart from said tool axis of rotation and each has a plurality of surface points. The tangent planes to said surface-area points are inclined in regard to an axial plane, which encloses the tool axis of rotation. Furthermore, said tangent planes are inclined regard to a radial plane which extends perpendicularly to the tool axis of rotation. This means that the torque introduced into the tool device by the machine tool, via the driving device, is reliably absorbed.

Tool device

An oscillation drive with a drive and with an eccentric coupling drive for converting a rotary motion of the drive into an oscillating rotary motion of a tool spindle about its longitudinal axis is disclosed, wherein the eccentric coupling drive has an eccentric with a first eccentricity that is driven by the drive and that works together with a coupling element that is coupled to the tool spindle in order to convert the motion of the eccentric into an oscillating rotary motion of the tool spindle, wherein the eccentric is coupled to an additional eccentric with a second eccentricity so that the eccentricities are superimposed, wherein the relative position between the eccentric and the additional eccentric is adjustable to at least two different positions in order to change the amplitude of the oscillating motions of the tool spindle.

Oscillation drive with adjustable oscillation angle

The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular a hand held machine tool, which has a tool receiving device that is movable, in particular in an oscillating manner, around an output shaft. The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular a hand held machine tool, which has a tool-accommodating device which can be moved, in particular in oscillating fashion, about a drive axis, in order to retain a tool device on the machine tool. The tool-accommodating device has at least one clamping device, at least one retaining device and at least one locking device. The retaining device can be moved from at least one first, open position into at least one second, closed position. It is also the case that the retaining device can be forced by a clamping force, by way of the clamping device, preferably in the closing direction from said first, open position in the direction of said second, closed position. The locking device can be moved between at least one first, locking position and at least one second, unlocking position. It is possible here for said locking device to block movement of the retaining device in at least one locking position. A force applied to the locking device directly or indirectly by the tool device moves said locking device from one of said locking positions into one of said unlocking positions. This allows the tool device to be inserted particularly quickly and straightforwardly into the machine tool.

The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular a hand held machine tool, which has a tool receiving device that is movable, in particular in an oscillating manner, around an output shaft (). The invention discloses a tool for grinding and polishing, comprising a drive motor, which has a given machine power (rated input power) and by which a work spindle can be driven about its longitudinal axis in rotatingly oscillating fashion, and further comprising a tool-mounting fixture on the work spindle intended to receive a tool that has a working surface for grinding and polishing operations. The quotient of the working surface (in square millimeters) and the rated power input (in Watts) is at least 35 mm/W, while the quotient of the working surface and the deadweight (in grams, without the tool) is at least 5.5 mm/g.

The invention describes a device for guiding a saw blade, in particular a saw blade that is driven in an oscillating way, having a base body through which a guide slot extends for guiding a saw blade, which guide slot opens into a first guide surface configured as contact surface for the workpiece, having a stop which is supported on the base body and which comprises a second guide surface configured for being brought into contact with the workpiece and arranged at an angle relative to the first guide surface, and having a handle as means for holding the base body.

The invention describes a method of guiding a saw blade using a device, in particular a saw blade that is driven in an oscillating way, having a base body through which a guide slot extends for guiding a saw blade, which guide slot opens into a first guide surface configured as contact surface for the workpiece, having a stop which is supported on the base body and which comprises a second guide surface configured for being brought into contact with the workpiece and arranged at an angle relative to the first guide surface, and having a handle as means for holding the base body.

Method and device for guiding a saw blade

A method and a device for producing slots in workpieces are disclosed. An oscillatory drive is provided, on the output shaft of which a saw blade is accommodated by one end, and at the other end of which a cutting edge is provided. The oscillatory drive is positioned on a workpiece with a defined angle between the workpiece surface and the saw blade, the saw blade being driven in an oscillating manner and moved along a guide in a direction extending radially in relation to the output shaft. Connecting elements can be inserted into slots produced on two workpieces in this way so that they match and can be adhesively bonded to the two workpieces, in order to produce a permanent and precise connection between the workpieces.

Method and device for producing slots in workpieces

A grinding tool for sharpening tools is provided comprising an oscillatory drive the output shaft of which is driven oscillatingly about its longitudinal axis. The grinding tool comprises a holder for mounting a working part which is configured as a grinding plate having a flat grinding surface. The grinding tool is held by the holder in a plane extending substantially perpendicularly to the drive shaft. The holder comprises a fixed holding section and a removable clamping part between which the working part can be clamped at one end by means of at least one tensioning part. The clamping part comprises an outer surface which serves as a guide surface for supporting a surface of the working part to adjust a preset angle between the outer surface of the clamping part and the grinding surface of the tool to be sharpened.

A cutting knife for a cutting tool for cutting through adhesive beads on glass panes of vehicles comprises an attachment part and a cutting part. The attachment part, on a first end thereof, is provided with a receiving opening for attachment to an oscillating drive and taperes toward a second end. The cutting part extends at an angle with respect to a plane in which the flat attachment part extends. The cutting part has two lateral edges that join each other at the outer end of the cutting part, at least one of the lateral edges of the cutting part being shaped as a corrugated or serrated cutting edge.

Cutting knife

A cutting knife is provided for a cutting tool for severing cement beads of window panes that are cemented in motor vehicles. The cutting knife is formed from a flat material which is bent into the shape of an U. The knife comprises a cutting portion forming one leg of the U, a securement portion forming the other leg of the U, and an intermediate bridge that connects the cutting portion with the securement portion. The securement portion is provided at its free end with an opening for securing the knife to an oscillatory drive unit of the cutting tool and tapers from this securement opening toward the intermediate bridge. In one embodiment, the securement portion is provided with a curved section at the end adjacent the intermediate bridge. In another embodiment, the cutting portion has a cross-section with a central section that is defined by two parallel surfaces. A serrated or saw-like cutting edge is preferably provided on the cutting portion.
