The invention relates to a pourer () of a container comprising a pouring nozzle () which forms a pouring channel and on the external thread () of which a covering cap () is screwed. A sealing stopper () which closes the pouring channel is guided non-rotatably and is vertically displaceable in the pouring channel of the pouring nozzle. The sealing stopper () is retained on the cap which is rotatable relative thereto, such that a screwing on of the cap leads to a lifting of the sealing stopper () in the pouring channel. The cap () has an upper opening in which the sealing stopper () lies with the upper end thereof. The upper end of the sealing stopper () has at least one tamper-evident part () which breaks off or breaks up when the cap is unscrewed relative to the non-rotatably retained sealing stopper.

Container spout

The invention relates to a closure cap for a container filled with medicinal fluid, which container has an aperture piece which is sealed off by a diaphragm which can be punctured. The closure cap has a cap-shaped closure body () and a drinking neck () with a drinking opening () which is pivotable between a first position, in which the drinking neck bears against the closure cap, and a second position, in which the drinking neck projects from the closure cap. In addition, the closure cap has means () for puncturing the diaphragm which seals off the aperture piece of the container, which means () interact with the drinking neck in such a way that, as the drinking neck () is pivoted, the diaphragm is punctured such that a connection is produced between the opening () of the drinking neck and the container interior. The closure cap is characterized in that the closure body has, in addition to the opening () of the drinking neck (), an opening () for ventilating the container during drinking.

The invention relates to a welded-in plastic spout part that is to be joined to a plastic receptacle part, especially a receptacle part made of film-type plastic material such as a pouch. The inventive spout part comprises parallel planar weld-on ribs which extend along the circumference of a neck area (spout) that defines a pouring passage. A rib-shaped welding burr that is less thick than the weld-on ribs is provided at the outer circumference of said weld-on ribs. The welding burr is molded onto an outer rounded peripheral edge of the weld-on ribs. A partition which protrudes radially on both sides of the neck area is arranged perpendicular to the weld-on ribs. Both ends of said partition extend beyond the ends of the rib base area so as to form lateral flaps. The welding burrs extend past both sides of the flaps while the lateral flaps are provided with one respective recess instead of a top and bottom outer corner.
