A storage container for a cassette has a base part (II) pivotally connected to a lid part (I). The lid part (I) is provided with cassette retaining means (3, 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b), e.g. a pocket, wich cooperates with a back wall (8) of base part (II) to limit pivotal opening of the lid part (I) relative to the base part (II).

Storage container for a tape cassette

A tape cassette, particularly a magnetic tape cassette, has two or more windows which are separated from one another by a separator housing member and which are located on a common carrier which may consist, for example, of connecting webs between the windows. The window arrangement is useful in standardized cassettes, for example compact cassettes, as well as in all other film, sound, video and data cassettes.

A protective container for tape cassettes (K) consists of a bottom part (I) and lid part (II), which are pivotable relative to one another, so as to effect closing and opening of the container. Means (3, 17) restrict the opening of the parts to an angle of less than 180.degree., in particular to angles of 90.degree.-140.degree. or 120.degree.-130.degree.. A specific force is required to open the container, thereby additionally ensuring that the container is not opened unintentionally and the tape cassette does not drop out. The container is useful for storing tape cassettes, film cassettes, magnetic tape cassettes, etc.

An injection mold comprising a fixed and a movable mold half and a demolding device for the moldings, which essentially consists of grippers and a kinematic chain, by means of which the opening movement of the mold half is transferable to the holders of the grippers. By this means, the opening movement of the mold half can cause the grippers to move towards the moldings to be taken out of the mold half.
