A device for transmitting a rotation movement includes first and second force transmission sections, each with a drive input and a drive output, and with a first chain guide. The chain guide is arranged between the drive input and output and accommodates an endless chain, which circulates between the drive input and drive output. A middle force transmission section with a middle drive input and a middle drive output, and with a conduit that is arranged between these. The conduit accommodates a hydraulic fluid and transmits forces between the first and the second force transmission section. The hydraulic fluid circulates between the middle drive input and the middle drive output and transmits push forces between the middle drive input and the middle drive output. The first drive output is coupled to the middle drive input, and the middle drive output is coupled to the second drive input.

Device for transmitting a rotation movement

A conveying device for producing energy, including a circulating conveying member of containers, which have a load strand and a return strand, the conveying device being equipped in such a way that the conveying device slides or rolls downward by means of the load strand on a inclined plane having an angle (alpha), wherein the load strand moves the return strand, and a device for drawing power arranged on the conveying member and being moved by the circulating conveying member, the device including a means for removing energy from the device. The method for operating the device is characterized in that, while the conveying member is circulating, the first container running into the load strand (in the area of arrow A) is loaded with a burdening good and the good is discharged shortly before exiting the load strand (at arrow B).

Conveying device for producing energy

A moving conveying device is provided which extends in a planar manner, such as a conveyor belt or a mat top conveyor, for conveying piece goods or bulk goods and which lies in a conveying apparatus. A rolling element including a plurality of rollers is arranged between the conveying device and a support element. The conveying device moves relative to the rolling element, wherein the rollers roll on the conveying means and on the support element, and the rollers are interconnected at a distance from each other by way of a flexible connecting element.

Conveying apparatus and support device

A conveying device () according to the invention includes several conveying bodies (), which roll on a guidance () via several rolls (), wherein the rolls () are connected and mutually distanced by means of a flexible connecting body () The conveying bodies () include means () for mutual support, which prevent a movement of the conveying bodies () out of the guidance (). A connecting body () and allocated rolls () form a roll body (), wherein the roll body (), on average, includes two or less than two rolls () per conveying body (). A roll body () for a conveying device () includes a plurality of rolls () mutually connected in a linear manner, wherein the rolls () are mutually connected and distanced by means of a flexible and in particular also elastic connecting body (). In a preferred embodiment, the connecting body () may be bent in at least two directions.

Conveying device, rolling body and conveying body

A conveying system include a guiding channel () with at least one conveyor unit () that is guided inside it and may be moved along it and a drive unit () for driving at least one conveyor unit (). The conveyor unit () includes a series of several links which, when viewed in the axial direction, have a first joint element () at their first end and a second joint element () at their second end, respectively. The first and second joint elements () are formed in a mutually corresponding manner and, as a result, the conveyor unit () is provided for transmitting pushing forces. The drive unit includes at least one roller body () consisting of a plurality of rollers (), wherein the rollers () can be conveyed in a circular orbit () by a roller drive ().

Device for transmitting force and conveying system

A conveying device () according to the invention includes several conveying bodies (), which roll on a guidance () via several rolls (), wherein the rolls () are connected and mutually distanced by means of a flexible connecting body (). The conveying bodies () include means () for mutual support, which prevent a movement of the conveying bodies () out of the guidance (). A connecting body () and allocated rolls () form a roll body (), wherein the roll body (), on average, includes two or less than two rolls () per conveying body (). A roll body () for a conveying device () includes a plurality of rolls () mutually connected in a linear manner, wherein the rolls () are mutually connected and distanced by means of a flexible and in particular also elastic connecting body (). In a preferred embodiment, the connecting body () may be bent in at least two directions.

Transport device, rolling body and transport body

A rolling conveying device including guide rails' in which, respectively, at least one rolling bodywith a plurality of freely rotatable rollersis arranged in operational interaction with a plurality of conveying bodieswhich are freely displaceable between the rollers of the rolling body. The rolling body or bodies form tracks closed in themselves, they are not, however, chains because they are neither pulled nor pushed. Solely the conveying bodies are displaced, respectively, driven between the rolling bodies.

Rolling conveying device

In the conveying device () with pusher elements () every one of the pusher elements (), respectively, comprises at least one roller element () and at least one spacer body (), wherein the at least one spacer body () is designed for keeping pusher elements (), which follow one another in the conveying device, at a distance from one another. In doing so, successive pusher elements () in conveying direction extend from a first end to a second end, and the pusher elements () in the zone of the first end are movably supported relative to a conveying track () by the at least one roller element (). The pusher elements () in the zone of the second end are supported on an adjacent pusher element (), and successive pusher elements () are loadable relative to one another only under compression, but not, however, under tension.

Conveying apparatus having a thrust element

A roller element () is provided which has a central body () and a roller unit (). The roller unit () is mounted so as to circulate on a non-circular race () about the central body () and so as to be mobile with respect to the central body () by the rolling movement of the rollers () of the roller unit () on the central body (). The rollers () are configured as balls or substantially cylindrical elements. A peripheral surface of the rollers (), for a substantial part, is shaped as a rolling surface that corresponds to the central body () and for rolling off on the central body (). The elements of the roller unit () have play in relation to one another and/or the roller unit has play regarding its mobility in relation to the central body ().

Roller element

The invention relates to a method as well as to a conveyor-technology device for processing printed products. The conveyor-technology device includes a guide and conveyor which may be moved along the guide, for conveying printed products which are fed by way of feeders. The guide is curved in several spatial directions. The conveyor-technology device includes a holding device which serve for the temporary fixing of printed products in a manner such that these at least in regions may be conveyed against gravitational force.

Conveyor-technology device

A roller element () has a central body () and a roller unit (). The roller unit () is mounted so as to circulate on a non-circular race () about the central body () and so as to be mobile with respect to the central body () by the rolling movement of the rollers () of the roller unit () on the central body (). The rollers () are provided on the exterior of the roller unit () for rolling off on a rigid counter body (). The roller element () is provided with a drive means () which engages with the roller unit () and drives the same in relation to the central body (). The roller unit () is directly driven by engagement of the drive () between the rollers () and is pulled or pushed on the race () about the central body ().

Roller drive element

The invention relates to a method as well as to a conveyor-technology device for processing printed products. The conveyor-technology device comprises a guide means and conveyor means which may be moved along the guide means, for conveying printed products which are fed by way of feeders. The guide means is curved in several spatial directions. The conveyor-technology device comprises holding means which serve for the temporary fixing of printed products in a manner such that these at least in regions may be conveyed against gravitational force.

Flat objects () are packaged with a packaging material () that is supplied as a quasi-endless web. The packaging material () is gripped at one of its surfaces by gripping elements (), which are spaced from on another. During conveyance of the packaging material () by the gripping elements (), the distances between the gripping elements () are reduced and the packaging material () is made to buckle between the gripping elements to one side, forming a string of bags ('). During further conveyance these bags (&#x2032;) are charged with the flat objects (), are severed from the string of bags, and are sealed. The packaging material, which is supplied, with its width aligned essentially horizontally, is gripped from above by the gripping elements () and therefore buckles downwards by gravity, and the bags are charged from above. The formation of the string of bags is very simple, and for adjusting the bag depth the only measure needed is a corresponding adjustment of the original distance between the gripping elements ().

Method and device for the packaging of flat objects

Method of depositing sheet-like products (), in particular printed products, which are taking part in a conveying process and follow sequentially one after the other, it being the case that, for at least a period of time of the depositing operation, assisted by gravitational force, the products () are pivoted about an axis (B) which extends essentially parallel to the direction in which the conveying process is oriented immediately prior to the depositing operation.

Method of, and apparatus for, depositing sheet-like products

For packaging flat objects () using a packaging material () being supplied as a quasi-endless web, a string of bags (') being open on three sides and closed on one side is continuously formed and conveyed in a conveying direction. During conveyance the bags (&#x2032;) are each charged with at least one object (), are severed from each other, and are then sealed with seams corresponding with the open bag sides. The depth of the bags during the step of forming the string of bags (&#x2032;) and/or the distance between the two lateral seams during the step of sealing are adjusted to the format of the object to be packaged (), or to the width of the packaging material (), respectively. For being able to restrict adjustability to a forming device (&#x2032;) and to a sealing device (&#x2032;), the bags are conveyed such that their open side opposite the one closed side and the corresponding seam keep a position that is independent of the format of the objects to be packaged () at all stages of procedure, and the bags are secured in the region of this open side.
