The present disclosure relates to a sealing element for hollow sections, including a seal carrier that extends along a longitudinal axis and has two arms each of which has an outer face and an inner face and which are connected together, as one piece, at longitudinal edges that face each other such that they form a corner angle between them seals mounted on or near a free longitudinal edge of each arm and running parallel to the free longitudinal edge, on the outer face of the associated arm, and a securing device, on at least one inner face of an arm, for detachably securing the sealing element onto a corner of a hollow section. A cover cap serves to complete the sealing elements, the cap being provided, on its outer face, with one or more sealing sections designed to connect to ends of the seals of the sealing element.

Sealing element and a sealing system for hollow sections

A corner connector for hollow profiles is provided, including a base element having a first and a second wall section connected at a right angle and in one piece to each other on one respective lateral edge that forms a connecting edge, a first guide and connection groove extends from a lateral edge that is adjacent and in parallel to the connecting edge, and at least one essentially plate-shaped, rectangular additional element, wherein two guide and connection projections protrude from its inner side complementary to the first guide and connection grooves which can be inserted into the first guide and connection grooves in a direction parallel to the connecting edge and, in the fully inserted position, secure the additional element flush on the base element in order to form a third wall section arranged at a right angle to the first and the second wall section.

Corner connector for hollow profiles

The present disclosure relates to a frame piece for a rack, comprising a hollow profile which extends along its longitudinal axis and is brought into its cylindrical profile shape by shaping a substantially flat starting material. The hollow profile on two opposite lateral edges, has a connecting zone for closing the hollow profile at least one tab-type projection being formed on at least one of the lateral edges, said projection extending away from the lateral edge of the hollow profile and being shaped such that it can be brought into engagement with at least one corresponding receptacle on the respective other lateral edge in a clamping or positive manner.

The present disclosure relates to a method for producing rectangular or square wall elements from flat sheet metal, including determining a length and width of a wall element, providing a flat sheet metal piece incising two longitudinal edge portions to form two incisions to form two tabs for each longitudinal edge portion separated by a respective incision from the remaining longitudinal edge portion, right-angled folding of a respective strip, formed by the incisions, right-angled folding of the tabs parallel to the longitudinal edge at the level of the base of the associated incision, right-angled folding of the longitudinal edge portions along the longitudinal edge, right-angled folding of the transverse edge portions parallel to the transverse edge to form a strip having a width corresponding to the transverse dimension of the tabs, and right-angled folding of the transverse edge portions along the transverse edge.

Method for producing rectangular or square wall elements from flat sheet metal, and wall elements produced therewith

A rack is presented including a plurality of at least first and second frame pieces adapted to be interconnected, wherein each frame extends along a longitudinal axis. The rack includes a corner connector arranged to interconnect at least the first frame piece and the second frame piece with the longitudinal axes of the first and second interconnected frame pieces arranged obliquely to one another. The rack includes at least first and second bracing units in which, for the purpose of connecting a plurality of frame pieces, the first bracing unit is capable of bracing the first frame piece against the corner connector arranged between the first and second frame pieces to be connected, and the second bracing unit is capable of bracing the second frame piece against the corner connector obliquely to the first frame piece. Each bracing unit includes at least one tensioning element and two force transmission members.

Rack

The air conditioning device for electronic components features three channels () for two flowing fluids that are in heat exchange with one another. In the first operating mode these two fluids are guided by means of switchable flaps into two selected channels () where they are in heat exchange with one another at a partition () that is equipped with heat exchange elements (). In a second operating mode the flaps are switched in such a manner that the two fluids are in heat exchange with one another at a Peltier element () that is equipped on both sides with heat exchange elements (). In a third operating mode the Peltier element is switched as a heating element. In the first operating mode on the other hand the Peltier element is deactivated and consumes no electric energy.

Air-conditioning system for electronic components

Effective air-conditioning of the interior of the switchgear cabinet, along with simultaneously reduced energy requirements, is possible if the heat exchanger is embodied as an underground heat exchanger and is placed into the ground.

Switchgear cabinet with an air-conditioning device

A control cabinet with a frame having framing profiles and covered with side members and at least one door. The frame surrounds the inside of the control cabinet where electrical components are integrated. An air conditioning device which is placed on at least one vertical side of the frame rejects heat generated inside the control cabinet. This invention provides this type of cooling apparatus with additional equipment without the need for a large number of pieces. For this purpose, a separating member, parallel to the lateral side and placed at a distance therefrom, is attached to the framing profiles and forms with the side channel an air guiding channel. Moreover, the separating member comprises several passages for providing a physical connection between the air guiding channel and the inside of the control cabinet. Furthermore, air can be conveyed through the air guiding channel and through at least one passage by using at least one fan.

Control cabinet with cooling device

A control cabinet having a cabinet body with opened sides which can be closed at least partially by one or more side walls. An air conditioning device which is placed near at least one side wall rejects heat generated inside the cabinet body or guides it towards the inside of the cabinet body. This invention simplifies the design of the air conditioning device. For this purpose, an intermediate wall which is parallel to the side wall and located at a distance therefrom, is placed in such a way that it is oriented towards the inside of the cabinet body. In addition, the air conditioning device is placed in the intermediate space surrounded by the side wall and the intermediate wall.

Control cabinet

A control cabinet with an air conditioning device mounted inside the control cabinet and physically connected to the inside of the control cabinet via an air condution channel. The inside of the control channel is surrounded by side walls and at least one door. This invention provides efficient air conditioning inside the cabinet. For this purpose, an intermediate wall is placed at a distance from the side wall and an air collecting channel created between the side wall and the intermediate wall is physically connected to the air conduction channel of the air conditioning device through input openings and to the inside of the control cabinet through at least one passage.

Control cabinet with air conditioning device

A frame for a switch cabinet, having vertical profiled frame parts, a floor frame and a cover frame. The floor frame and the cover frame are configured as punched, bent parts made of a steel-sheet blank and have a horizontal floor facing the switch cabinet interior on which floor the vertical profiled frame parts are fixed. The floor has a reinforced edge which is bent away from the switch cabinet interior. To be able to assemble this type of frame simply and rapidly, four plug-in protuberances are fixed to the floor of the floor frame and the cover frame, which each have at least one threaded recess. The vertical profiled frame parts have plug-in recesses by which they are inserted onto the plug-in protuberances. The vertical profiled frame parts also have screw holes which are arranged such that they align with the threaded recesses of the plug-in protuberance and fixing screws are threaded into the screw holes and screwed into the threaded recesses.

Frame for a switch cabinet

The invention is an improvement to a high-frequency-shielded switchgear cabinet having a cabinet body which can be or is composed of wall elements and has at least one opening which can be closed by a cabinet door. Gaps formed in the cabinet body and between the cabinet body and door can be closed or sealed so as to be high-frequency-shielded by means of electrically and magnetically conductive sealing strips. In order to attain a corrosion-free switchgear cabinet which has a long service life and can be easily produced, the wall elements and cabinet door are made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheet metal and are provided at least in regions facing the gaps to be sealed without additional surface-protecting coverings. The sealing strips are directly connected to the untreated surface of the wall elements and/or cabinet door.

High-frequency-shielded switchgear cabinet

A switch cupboard with devices for cooling the hot air present inside the same. At least one vertical face is closed off by a double-walled wall element whose outer and inner wall panel form an air duct with an extensive surface. The inner wall panel has several openings spread out from each other. The openings can be covered either with cover plates, fans which operate in two directions of rotation or connecting plates with sections of hose.
