The retractable shelf system allows for the compartmentalization of storage container. The system is integrated into the interior space of the storage container and includes a plurality of shelving units distributed along the length of the storage container. Each shelving unit includes a first retractable shelf and a second retractable shelf. The first retractable shelf and the second retractable shelf each include a storage panel, a support beam, a hinge mechanism, and an at least one support leg. The support beam from each retractable shelf is mounted parallel and offset to each other within the storage container. The storage panel is mounted adjacent to the support beam by the hinge mechanism. The support leg is hingedly connected to a bottom surface of the support storage panel, opposite the support beam. The first retractable shelf and the second retractable shelf can be positioned into a retracted configuration and a functional configuration.

System of retractable shelves

The retractable shelf system allows for the compartmentalization of storage container. The system is integrated into the interior space of the storage container and includes a plurality of shelving units distributed along the length of the storage container. Each of the plurality of shelving units includes a platform, a storage shelf, a first pulley support assembly, and a second pulley support assembly. The storage shelf and the platform are positioned coincident and parallel to each other. Each of the pulley support assemblies includes a retraction mechanism and a cable through which the storage shelf is tethered to the platform; the retraction mechanisms are adjacently mounted to the platform while the cables are tethered to the storage shelf. Additionally, a first stopper and a second stopper are attached to the walls of the storage container and provide vertical structural support. The system may be positioned in a functional or retracted configuration.

A dispensing liner for a container includes a seal element having a sealing edge and a central portion. The sealing edge is engaged with and sealed to a land portion of a container to close the opening in the container. The seal element includes a preferentially formed score line having a first frangible portion and a second portion defining a removable tab. The first frangible portion and the second portion are formed within the central portion of the liner with the second portion in spaced relation and adjacent to the sealing edge. The liner is opened along at least the first frangible portion to define a dispensing port. The periphery of the liner, at the sealing edge, forms a seal with the cap when the cap is engaged with the container after the liner is opened. The tab can be removed from the liner leaving the sealing edge in place to effect a seal between the liner and the cap.

Scored dispensing liner

A dispensing closure lid having a tear-away tab for use with a container. The tab itself is configured with an outwardly extending grasping member. The pull tab is defined by a distinct sequence of slits and perforations. The slits have a greater length than the perforations. The specific sequence of slits and perforations facilitates removal of the tab from the container mouth and provides for a clean separation of the tab from the land surface of the container and the remaining lid without tearing into the lid.
