Proportional pressure control valve with a magnetic part and a valve part, the valve part has an inflow opening for the inflow stream, a first outflow opening for the filling stream, and a second outflow opening for the tank volume stream, and has a ball seat, a flat seat with an opening, a closing part for controlling the throughput quantity through the opening of the flat seat, and a stream diverter. The inflow opening faces away from the magnetic part and coaxially to its longitudinal axis, and the outflow openings are constructed on the side wall of the valve part radially to its longitudinal axis, so that fluid flowing from through the valve is exposed to a diversion of a maximum of 90&#xb0;. The fluid, after flowing through the ball seat and to and through the stream diverter, experiences a diversion of less than 30&#xb0;.

Proportional pressure control valve

The invention concerns a pressure control valve for the control of the value of pressure in a hydraulic circuit, especially in a hydraulic circuit of a vehicle transmission, with a valve housing, with a solenoid coil, with an armature component group comprising an armature rod, an armature and advantageously, a spring, with a yoke and with a push rod, which is interposed between the armature rod and a control element, whereby the section of the valve housing () in the zone of the control element () consists of a plastic flange (), and further, the armature rod () possesses a control boring in the longitudinal direction, in which a pin (&#x2033;) is inserted, the material and dimensioning are so selected, that the pin can compensate for a temperature based longitudinal change of the plastic flange ().

Pressure control valve

An electromagnetic dual-action control valve with a housing (), with connections () for inflow and outflow lines for a pressure medium, with a solenoid () and with two armatures arranged to move within the solenoid () for opening and closing the line connections. To simplify the structure of such a dual-action control valve, it is provided that one of the armatures is formed as a hollow armature () with a closed end (), within which an inner armature () is arranged to move coaxially, and the hollow armature () has openings () for the pressure medium, of which one opening () can be closed by a sealing surface () of the inner armature ().

Electromagnetic double switching valve

Method for control of a proportional magnet comprising a magnet core, a magnet armature, a magnet coil for operating a control element in a shift valve or a proportional pressure-control valve, particularly a pressure-control valve for clutch operation in an automatic motor vehicle transmission, and comprising an electronic control device, whereby the magnet core may be moved back and forth between a control region and a hold region with a magnetic hold position of the magnet armature and a defined transition from the control region to the hold position may be executed and whereby mechanisms are provided for recognition of the movements of the magnet armature.

Method for control of a proportional magnet with a hold function

A proportional pressure-regulator valve comprising a load-dependent control step and a method for the load-dependent regulation of a pressure level of a pressure medium with one proportional pressure-regulator valve. The load-dependent control step is obtained with a proportional magnet () having at least two gaps () for regulating the magnetic force. The size of the gaps () can be adjusted independently of each other. While a first gap (!) is current-dependent regulated, the size of the second gap () can be regulated via a pressure force adaptable in proportion to a load requirement in the hydraulic circuit.

Proportional pressure-regulator valve

A proportional pressure control valve is described capable of serving as a pilot, servo or direct control valve and having a pressure reducing function and a pressure maintaining function. The valve is comprised essentially of a valve housing ( ) with inlet and outlet ports ( ), a control element ( ), an armature rod ( ) and a proportional magnet ( ). This gap is so dimensioned that the magnetic force between the two said components ( ) in the holding position is greater than the magnetic force in the operational area of the proportional magnet ( ) and that the magnetic armature ( ) can be made fixed in position by this said magnetic force.

A proportional pressure control valve serves as a direct control valve with a pressure reducing function and a pressure holding function. The valve, includes a valve housing ( ) with inlet and outlet . ports ( ), a control element ( ) which has a feedback facility, an armature rod ( ) and a proportional magnet ( ). The proportional magnet is comprised of a magnet core ( ), a magnet armature ( ) and a magnet coil ( ), wherein this proportional magnet ( ) in its operational range possesses a nearly constant magnetic force. In accordance with the invention, in a holding position of the magnet armature ( ), the smallest axial space ( ) between the magnet armature ( ) and the magnet core ( ) is so dimensioned, first, that the magnetic force between these two components ( ) when in the holding position is greater than the magnetic force in the operational zone of the proportional magnets ( ), and second, that the magnet armature ( ) can be fixed in the holding position by this magnetic force.
