The invention relates to a stator active part for an electric motor, preferably a permanent-magnet-excited synchronous machine consisting of a hollow-cylindrical yoke, comprising an inner cladding and having a receptacle space, into which a coil support is inserted, wherein the coil support consists of a peripherally-closed, hollow-cylindrical tubular body extending in the axial direction (A) of the yoke, on the outer cladding of said body a plurality of coil holders being formed, wherein a finely-distributed coil is installed on each coil holder.

Stator of a rotating field machine

The disclosure relates to a temperature monitoring assembly for monitoring the windings of a motor, comprising at least one temperature sensor or thermal circuit breaker arranged outside of and spaced from the windings of the motor, and at least one heat conducting component, which extends from a first component section for heat coupling and heat transfer, which is in contact with or adjacent to the windings, to a second component section for heat coupling and heat transfer, on or adjacent to the temperature sensor.

Motor temperature monitoring

A blower () with a blower housing (), a blower wheel () positioned so as to rotate inside a blower housing (), an electric motor () for the rotational drive of the blower wheel (), as well as with a saucer-shaped attachment housing () positioned externally on the blower housing (). The attachment housing () contains motor-control electronics () and exhibits in its connection area facing the blower housing () a metallic cover element () covering the motor control electronics () and protects against an electromagnetic radiation from the electric motor ().

Radial blower

A stator for an electric motor, in particular for an external rotor motor, has a basic body () with a laminated stator core and with stator coils arranged on the laminated stator core. Each of the stator coils has a winding wire start and a winding wire end. Each winding wire start is attached to contact pins. The basic body () is extrusion-coated with a sleeve made from plastic, from which contact pins at least partially protrude. In order to reduce the manufacturing costs, a contact holder () encased in the sleeve together with the basic body () is pushed via the free ends of the contact pins onto the basic body (), wherein the contact holder () encases the contact pins with a sealing section () in a gap-free, sealing manner.

Stator for an electric motor

A fan () consisting of an electric external rotor motor () and of a fan wheel (), the external rotor motor () consisting of a stator () encapsulated with an insulating material (), and a rotor () carrying the fan wheel () enclosing the stator () in a pot-shaped manner. The rotor () having ventilation openings in a front wall (). The stator () having projecting fins () on a front area () arranged and distributed over the circumference which is opposite the ventilation openings (). A gap () between a circumferential rim () of the rotor () opposite the front wall () and a stator carrier () forms a passage for a cooling air current flowing around the stator () during operation. During operation, the cooling air is swirled intensively between the ventilation openings () and the projecting fins () for cooling the motor.

Ventilator

A fan unit (), to be attached to a filter frame () of a filter fan, consisting of a housing with a cylindrical housing rim, an inlet opening (), an outflow opening () and at least one protective grid which covers one of both of the openings, and one fan () attached to the housing via a motor mount () which conveys the air in at least the axial direction. The design enabling the manufacture of a more compact fan unit in an easier and more cost-effective manner, which provides high efficiency and can be installed as a suction as well as a blowing fan unit in the filter fan, and is easy to dismount for the maintenance of the filter fan. This is attained in that the fan unit housing is divided perpendicularly with respect to the axis (X-X) of the fan () in the region of the housing rim () into two housing parts, one forming a motor bracket () and the other forming an air inlet part (), which are detachably connected to one another, whereby the motor bracket () as well as the air inlet part () each integrally form a protective grid structure ().

Fan unit for filter fans

The present invention relates to an electric motor having a high degree of protection against the ingress of foreign particles and moisture, in particular an electronically commutated external rotor DC motor, having a stator (), having a rotor () and having an electronics housing () which extends transversely with respect to the motor shaft () and accommodates in its interior () a printed circuit board () having open-loop and closed-loop control electronics and commutation electronics. In this case, connection openings () are located in a base () of the electronics housing (), connection elements (), which connect the stator () and the printed circuit board () to one another, passing through the connection openings (), and a seal () seals at least the connection openings () in the base () of the electronics housing () through which the connection elements () pass. The seal () comprises a plate like partition wall () which is arranged on the base () of the electronics housing () and serves the purpose, on the one hand, of physically sealing the electronics housing () and, on the other hand, of sealing the gaps in the electronics housing ().
