A pressure-regulating valve includes a magnetic actuator and a housing. Accommodated in the housing is an armature, which is movable in a pole tube. The pole tube is encompassed by a magnetic coil. The armature is supported in the pole tube in a film structure.

An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve device for regulating a hydraulic pressure including at least one pressure regulating valve which includes a solenoid part having at least one bobbin holding an electric coil, a coil core and a movably guided armature; a valve part having at least one supply connection, one return connection, one load connection and one actuating element operated by the armature and cooperating with a valve seat; and an electronic part having at least one pressure sensor for measuring the hydraulic pressure present at the load connection. At least the pressure sensor is situated on an end of the solenoid part facing the valve part upstream from the electronic part. A method of producing an electromagnetic valve includes deep drawing of a magnet housing, arranging a magnet coil, a magnet core and a plunger connected with an armature in the magnet housing, connecting a valve closing element which has a valve element for controlling a pressure medium flow, with the magnet housing by flanging a flared flange with a shoulder of the magnet housing relative to the valve closing element, and producing both the flared flange and the shoulder during the deep drawing of the magnet housing in a non-material-removing deformation step.

A magnet core (14) which is penetrated by a tappet (35) guided in a bearing (38) is arranged in the interior (12) of an electromagnetic valve (10). A connection element (45) comprising plastic and having an integrally arranged valve seat (46) is injection molded onto the underside of the magnet core (14).
