The present disclosure relates, according to some embodiments, to articles and systems for hangers. In some embodiments, hangers may be operable as garment hangers. A hanger may comprise a body comprising two arms disposed opposite to each other, a neck disposed upward from the body, and an auxiliary section disposed downward from the body. The auxiliary section may comprise an auxiliary panel connected to the body by an extension panel, and at least one securing panel disposed on the auxiliary panel. The securing panel may comprise an outer tab connected to the auxiliary panel at two points, at least one vertical tab connected to the auxiliary panel between the two points, and at least one lateral tab disposed along an inner wall of the outer tab. Lateral tabs may comprise a rectangular, trapezoidal, or other polygonal geometry.

In one embodiment, a hanger and a snap-on-twist-off tag combination is disclosed. In this embodiment, the hanger includes a body, a boss, and a hook. The snap-on-twist-off tag (hereinafter referred to as tag) includes a top end, a bottom end, a body portion connecting the top end and the bottom end, and an opening adjacent to the top end, wherein the body is resiliently expandable. In this embodiment the tag has a locked position, wherein the tag is longitudinally aligned with the body of the hanger, wherein the tag is locked to the top portion of the hanger and cannot be moved freely in any direction, and wherein the boss of the hanger extends through the opening of the tag. The tag also has an unlocked position of the tag, wherein the tag is perpendicularly aligned with the body of the hanger, wherein the boss of the hanger extends through the opening of the of the tag, and wherein the tag is movable.

A hanger having a dependent loop is described. The dependent loop permits an associated hanger to be attached thereto. An accessory hanger is also described. The accessory hanger includes a securing mechanism for attachment to the dependent loop.

At least one jaw member includes a friction pad, a receiving portion that houses the friction pad, and a securing device operable to secure the friction pad to the receiving portion.
