The arc-welding monitor has a weld power supply, units for generating signals proportional to welding current and voltage, an audio-signal generator, welding current and voltage comparators and a monitoring sequence logic analyzer having a signal switch responsive to variations of monitored quantities, which is connected to the outputs of said welding current and voltage comparators, a signal switch responsive to incremental changes in monitored parameters, and welding current and voltage adders. One input of each adder is connected to the outputs of said units for generating signals proportional to welding current and voltage, respectively, while the second input of each adder is combined with the input of the corresponding comparator, the outputs thereof being connected to the inputs of the signal switch responsive to incremental changes in monitored parameters.

Arc-welding monitor

An arc trainer for welders comprises a welding electrode simulator, a welding object simulating unit, a welding power source whose outputs are connected to the electrode simulator and to the welding object simulation unit, a unit controlling the quality of the simulated welding process and generation of feedback signals for the trainee, which is connected to the welding electrode simulator and to the welding power source, a unit monitoring variations of welding parameters, which is connected to the control unit and to the welding power source, and a helmet connected to the control unit.

Electric-arc trainer for welders

A spark trainer for welders comprises a welding electrode simulator, an electric spark generator connected to the electrode simulator, a welding object simulation unit, a spark discharge being produced between said welding object simulation unit and the tip of the welding electrode simulator in order to simulate the welding arc, a unit for monitoring the position of the tip of the electrode simulator in relation to the simulated welding object, a welding process control unit having its input connected to the electrode simulator tip position monitoring unit, electric spark generator, and a helmet with earphones.

Spark trainer for welders

The welder's trainer comprises an welding electrode simulator, an electric-arc welding heat balance electronic model, a welding situation visual synthesis electronic model, a welding situation simulator made in the form of a television-type display, to which the welding situation visual synthesis electronic model is connected, and a training control and monitoring unit connected to the display through the visual synthesis electronic model.

Welder's trainer

An apparatus for analysis of network diagrams, comprising a branch model unit wherein the branch models are connected to one another in accordance with the topology of the network diagram by means of a patch board, and a control unit connected to the branch model unit. Each branch model of said branch model unit includes a time interval forming unit, which time interval corresponds to the length of the respective branch, and an indication unit having three terminals, one of these terminals being connected to the output of the time interval forming unit, the second terminal being connected to the input of the latter, and the third terminal serving as the end point of the respective branch model, the starting point of this branch model being the input of the time interval forming unit. The control unit includes a calendar device, both the calendar device and control subunit being connected to a pulse generator.
