A hydraulic aggregate has at least one displacing machine having a driving mechanism, a driving/driven shaft, and a compensating coupling connecting the driving/driven shaft with the driving mechanism, and at least one machine unit connected with the driving/driven shaft of the displacement machine through a component, the compensating coupling between the driving mechanism and the driving/driven shaft of the displacement machine compensating a radial and an axial offset between the displacing machine and the machine unit.

A hydraulic control valve comprises a housing having a slider opening and at least two pressure medium chambers, a control member which is longitudinally movable in the opening so as to at least control a communication between the two pressure medium chambers, the control member having two opposite ends, a rotation preventing element provided on one of the ends of the control member, a coupling part which is arranged on the control member non-rotatably and longitudinally displaceably relative to the latter, and a structural member which is arranged radially to the control member so as to guide the coupling part longitudinally displaceably and non-rotatable relative to the housing.

Hydraulic control valve

An elastic separating wall to be arranged between a gas chamber with a high pressure and a liquid chamber, particularly for a pressure accumulator, comprises an elastic separating wall member composed of a plurality of layers, the layers including at least two outer layers, and at least one inner layer composed of a material having a high gas permeability, means for connecting the elastic separating wall member to a wall of a container in a connecting region, and a passage arranged in the region and communicating with the inner layer with an atmosphere.

A magnetic linear drive includes an elongated cylindrical armature which is supported for axial displacement in a guiding pipe made of a pressure-resistant material. Two axially spaced solenoid windings are mounted on the guiding pipe and are interconnected by a permanent magnet. The solenoid windings are provided with lateral magnetically conducting cores the ends of which communicate with annular grooves formed in the guiding tube. The grooves are filled with a magnetically conductive material forming the poles of the electromagnet. In the region of the poles, the armature is formed with control flanges of different depths which are acted upon by the magnetic flux to impart the axial movement to the armature. One end of the armature is formed with a measuring flange which cooperates with measuring coils mounted on the guiding pipe.

An electrohydraulic control arrangement for a hydrostatic machine with displacing element having a stroke determined by a control member, which has at least one pressure-actuated regulating piston arranged to adjust the control member, and a valve slider through which a pressure medium acts upon the regulating piston and which is withdrawable to a neutral position in response to adjusting the machine by a feedback signal coming from the control member in correspondence with an electrical input signal, wherein a constant pressure acts upon one side of the valve slider and a variable pressure depending upon a position of the control member acts upon the other side of the valve slider.

Electrohydraulic control arrangement for hydrostatic machine

A pressure regulating valve for controlling a fluid pressure proportionally to an electric nominal value signal has a housing, a valve body in the housing, a proportionally operating magnet, a displacement pickup, a difference amplifier having inputs receiving a nominal value signal and an output signal from said displacement pickup, and an output connected with an input of the magnet, a valve cone associated with the valve body and loaded in a direction opposite to a fluid pressure as well as connected with a movable member of the displacement pickup, and a measuring spring loading the valve cone and fixedly abutting against the housing, wherein the valve member is movable in the housing and adjustable by an armature of the magnet against a force of the measuring spring.

Pressure regulating valve

The injection-molding machine is operative when activated for performing a complete injection-molding cycle. The machine includes a mold defining a mold cavity, a plastifying and injecting screw, and an hydraulic cylinder-and-piston unit for driving the screw. During the course of a single injection-molding cycle, negative-feedback control of the pressure in the mold cavity undergoes an automatic transition into negative-feedback control of the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder of the cylinder-and-piston unit. The transition is selected to be abrupt or gradual, and if gradual there will be a transitional interval during which a composite negative-feedback control of both the mold cavity and hydraulic cylinder pressures is occurring.

Injection-molding machine for synthetic plastic material

An electro-fluidic signal converter has a body provided with an inlet and two outlets for pressure fluid. The body is composed of a pair of outer non-magnetic plates and a plurality of laminated-together inner magnetizable plates which are fluid-tightly sandwiched between the outer plates. The inner plates have respective plate portions which together constitute a body section that is resiliently deflectable out of a neutral position, and this body section is formed with a fluid channel which communicates with the inlet and has a discharge orifice that communicates equally with both of the outlets when the body section is in its neutral position. An electromagnet is located adjacent the body and is energizable to thereby deflect the body section out of its neutral position to one of a plurality of operated positions in which the discharge orifice communicates preferentially with one of the outlets. A method of making the body is also disclosed.
