A stacked-plate heat exchanger may include a plurality of stacked plates. The plurality of stacked plates may include a plurality of first stacked plates and a plurality of second stacked plates stacked alternately one on top of another. Pairs of adjacent stacked plates may each delimit one of a first cavity for the passage of a first fluid and a second cavity for the passage of a second fluid in an alternating manner. The heat exchanger may also include a support structure that may support the plurality of stacked plates in an edge region to stabilize the second cavity. The plurality of stacked plates may each include a first opening and at least two second openings arranged around the first opening. The heat exchanger may also include a plurality of webs each arranged between two adjacent second openings. The plurality of webs may form the support structure.

Stacked-plate heat exchanger

A stacked-plate heat exchanger may include a plurality of stacked plates. The plurality of stacked plates may include a plurality of first stacked plates and a plurality of second stacked plates stacked alternately one on top of another. Pairs of adjacent stacked plates may each delimit one of a first cavity for the passage of a first fluid and a second cavity for the passage of a second fluid in an alternating manner. The heat exchanger may also include a support structure that may support the plurality of stacked plates in an edge region to stabilize the second cavity. The plurality of stacked plates may each include a first opening and at least two second openings arranged around the first opening. The heat exchanger may also include a plurality of webs arranged between the at least two second openings. The plurality of webs may define the support structure.

A stacked-plate heat exchanger may include a first stacked-plate pack and a second stacked-plate pack. Each pack may have a plurality of stacked plates placed side by side and connected to one another, and a base plate via which at least one of inflow and outflow of a coolant may take place. The first and second stacked-plate packs may be connected to one another with the base plates lying against one another. The stacked-plate heat exchanger may also include a holder that holds the first and second stacked-plate packs exclusively on the two base plates. The first and second stacked-plate packs may each be directly connected to at least one of a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet via the respective base plates.

A stacked-plate heat exchanger may include a high-temperature (HT) coolant circuit, a low-temperature (NT) coolant circuit, heat exchanger plates stacked upon one another and through which two coolants and a medium to be cooled may flow, and an obstruction configured to force a deflection of one of the coolants in the low-temperature coolant circuit. The two coolants may have different temperature levels in the high-temperature and low-temperature coolant circuits. The heat exchanger plates may include a partition wall separating the high-temperature and low-temperature coolant circuits from each other. The high-temperature and low-temperature coolant circuits may include a central HT coolant inlet and a central NT coolant outlet, respectively, adjacent to the partition wall and together forming a teardrop shape separated by the partition wall. The HT coolant inlet may have a part-circle-like shape and the NT coolant outlet may have a triangular shape, each having one side formed by the partition wall.

Stacked plate heat exchanger

A stacked plate heat exchanger may include a plurality of elongated plates on top of and connected to one another. The elongated plates may define a first cavity in the longitudinal direction of the plates and be configured to cool a medium. The elongated plates may define a second cavity for conducting a coolant therethrough, wherein in two end regions of each elongated plate, a through hole may be arranged for supplying the medium to be cooled. The through hole may be at least partially surrounded at its boundary by a dome and arranged approximately at the edge of the elongated plates. At least one of the dome and the through hole may be integrated in the edge of the elongated plate.
