The arrangement for introducing a desired quantity of decontamination agent into a containment facility comprises a tank as a storage vessel for storing the decontamination agent in liquid form. A metering apparatus having a spray nozzle is directed into the containment facility so as to atomize the decontamination agent. At least one feed line from the ambient air, a compressed air connection and a control unit are provided to operate the metering apparatus. The metering apparatus has a metering container that comprises a storage chamber that has a defined volume for receiving an individual portion of decontamination agent. The storage chamber is provided so as to successively receive a number (n) of portions of decontamination agent from the tank, and the portion respectively held in the storage chamber is introduced by means of the spray nozzle into the containment facility prior to receiving a subsequent portion.

Arrangement for introducing decontamination agent into an enclosure

A containment system and assembly for the automated production of pharmaceutical or biotechnical articles is provided. The containment system has a housing within which there is an inner chamber having at least one through opening. One or more robots are installed in the chamber, which have a manipulating element on the pivotable arms, which can move within a pivot range. One or more process units are installed in the chamber for the production of the articles. The chamber includes a process space for the production of the articles and a tub-shaped base space for anchoring the feet of the robots to the side surfaces inside the base space. The manipulating element functions as a gripping and transportation device for inspecting the articles or article parts and/or for the production of the articles.

A filter system for a containment through which a gas flows, comprising at least one filter unit. First docking means on the filter unit removably connect the filter unit to a receiving port of the containment. The filter unit further has a closure element having an adjusting mechanism to block and open an entry into the filter unit. A drive unit can be connected to the adjusting mechanism. The connection between the adjusting mechanism and the drive unit is preferably dockable. The drive unit has a motor preferably in the form of an electric motor with a pinion or a gear. The transmission ratio of the motor to the transmission part is greater than 1:20, preferably greater than 1:30, for example 1:33. A control unit can switch and monitor the position of a plurality of closure elements according to a program. The adjusting mechanism can also be actuated manually.

Filter system for a containment through which a gas flows

Performing a decontamination process by introducing a decontamination agent into a first containment, the first containment is being surrounded by a housing having a primary inlet for admitting a gas medium into the first containment, and a primary outlet for discharging the gas medium from the first containment. The primary outlet leads to an area external to the first containment, into the open atmosphere, or to a second containment and has a gas-technology connection to a first catalyst unit through which the gas medium flows. By means of the at least first catalyst unit, the decontamination agent, which is introduced into the first containment during the decontamination process and enters with the gas medium into the area, open atmosphere or the second containment, can be split into non-critical components and degraded to a non-critical residual concentration.

In each position of the shields () in which the objects () that are conveyed through the installation () can penetrate one of the two inlet openings () or one of the two outlet openings (), the other inlet opening () and the other outlet opening () are covered by the associated shield ().
