An injection device includes a cylinder having a cavity for receiving a liquid. A passage is connected to the cavity for inflow and/or outflow of the liquid. The passage can be connected to an injection component. A shut-off valve has a valve body and a flexible sealing ring with an opening. The valve body, proceeding from a release position in which the passage is freed, is at least partially movable through the opening of the sealing ring to a blocking position in which the valve body engages behind the opening so that movement of the valve body to the release position is blocked and the passage is sealed off against proximally directed flow. An adapter body is connected to the cylinder. The shut-off valve is arranged at a proximal end of the adapter body and at a distal end of the cylinder. The device can be used in a syringe.

Medical injection device

A suction device for body fluids comprises a container (10) being airtightly closable by means of a cover (11). A bag (14) is connected to a cylindrical projection (12) of the cover (11) by means of a support ring (13). A suction opening (15) is provided in the cover (11) to produce a low pressure in the bag (14). Furthermore, the suction opening (15) comprises a branching (31) to produce a low pressure in the container (10) as well. Additionally, the cover (11) comprises an outlet opening (17) enclosed by a hollow body (37). The hollow body (37) can be pushed into the container (10) to empty the bag (14) so that the fluid contained in the bag (14) can be poured out via openings (40, 41) of the hollow cylinder (37).

Suction device for body fluids

A stomach probe has an aspiration tube (1) and a stomach balloon (7) which is to be held, by tensioning of the aspiration tube (1), in contact against the stomach wall (12) surrounding the cardiac orifice (5). The stomach balloon is connected to a pressure control device which is equipped to indicate at least two pressure stages, of which the lower one corresponds to the freely inflated state of the stomach balloon when the tube is untensioned, and the higher one corresponds to the tensioned state of the aspiration tube. The stomach balloon (7) is arranged on the aspiration tube at points which are at a short distance from each other, so that it assumes approximately a torus configuration in the inflated state. It is elastically resilient in the longitudinal direction of the tube.
