The invention is directed to a hydraulic bearing which includes two connecting pieces, an annular rubber-elastic spring, a hydraulic chamber unit made of a working chamber and a compensating chamber and a partition unit having a connecting channel between the working chamber and the compensating chamber. The partition unit is configured as a disc and is disposed within the vertical elevation of the annular rubber-elastic spring and one of the connecting pieces.

Hydraulic bearing

The invention is directed to a pneumatic spring device () of a rail vehicle (). The device includes a pneumatic spring bellows (), which is provided on both ends with a bead ring (), wherein the bead ring () has a core made of two core rings () positioned separately in the bead ring and the reinforcement elements () are guided in an S shape between the core rings and loop around the latter.

A railway bogie includes at least two spring units per one wheel, a bogie frame and an essentially single piece adapter which bridges the spring units and is arranged between the spring units on the one side and the bogie frame on the other side.

An axlebox-spring-unit of a railway bogie includes at least one hydraulic spring having a housing required for functionality of the hydraulic spring, and an axlebox. At least a part of the axlebox forms at least a part of the housing.

The invention relates to a rubber-sprung rail wheel having a wheel tire (), which has a peripherally-extending web () on the inner side () thereof, and a wheel rim () provided with two legs () on the outer side () thereof, and two rubber rings () that are arranged between the wheel tire () and the wheel rim (). The rubber rings () are arranged on both sides of the web () and are laterally delimited by the legs (). A first gap () is formed between the inner side () of the wheel tire () and the end edges () of the legs () and the rubber rings () and a second gap () is formed between the outer side () of the wheel rim () and the end edges () of the web () and the rubber rings (). The web () and the legs () are configured in such a way that the rubber rings () are inclined with respect to the central plane of the web (). According to the invention, the rubber rings respectively have a conically expanded region on the inner diameter () and outer diameter (), and a region having a constant wall thickness between the expanded regions.

Rubber-sprung rail wheel

A spring element () consists essentially of an elastic spring body () which is fixed between two rigid end parts () arranged at a variable spacing from each other. The spring body () consisting of rubber or a rubber-type plastic has a rotationally symmetrical cross section, the longitudinal section shows a biconvex surface line. A U-shaped cross section is formed as a result of a cavity (). The abrasion caused by the introduction of vertical and horizontal forces is to be reduced and an easy, horizontal slide is to be made possible. The surface () of the spring body () is provided with ribs (, . . . ) that are arranged at spacings (A) from each other and are intersected by ribs (, . . . ) or groups of ribs (, . . . ) also arranged at spacings (A) from each other. Polygonal fields (, . . . ) are formed on the surface () of the spring body () in the gaps between the ribs (, . . . ) according to the angle of intersection. Instead of the ribbing, or in addition thereto, the spring body () and/or the surface of at least one of the end bodies (and/or) can be provided with a smooth surface. The ribs (, . . . ) are preferably approximately 2 mm thick and approximately 10 mm apart. The spring element is especially used as an additional spring combined with a pneumatic spring in rail vehicles.

Spring element for rail vehicles

A hydraulic spring includes hydraulic volumes ( ). The hydraulic volumes ( ) are, on the one hand, closed off by a spring element ( ) which is vulcanized into an outer ring ( ). On the other hand, the volumes ( ) are delimited by a compensating membrane ( ). The volume ( ) is subdivided by a partition wall ( ) into two chambers ( ), namely, a work chamber ( ), which is next to the spring element ( ), and a compensating chamber ( ), which is next to the compensating membrane ( ). The partition wall ( ) has at least one connecting channel ( ) and the chambers ( ) alternately change in volume and are filled completely with a hydraulic liquid. The partition wall ( ) is configured to be flat in order to achieve a damping element requiring only a low structural elevation. The partition wall plane is orientated transversely to the spring axis. At least one level connecting channel ( ) extends within the flat partition wall ( ). One end of the connecting channel opens into the work chamber ( ) and the other end of the connecting channel opens into the compensating chamber ( ). The at least one connecting channel ( ) is preferably configured to have a spiral shape. Several connecting channels ( ) can be arranged offset relative to each other in the partition wall ( ) and these channels are configured to have a spiral shape.
