A method for producing a friction disc includes the steps: providing a carrier element, providing at least one friction lining; connecting the friction lining to the carrier element by an adhesive agent to form a composite material, wherein the carrier element is connected to the friction lining to form the composite material before the geometry of the friction disc is determined.

Method for producing a friction disc

The invention relates to a friction element (), comprising a main body () having a friction layer (), characterized in that the friction layer () has an arithmetic average roughness value Ra according to DIN EN ISO 4287 between 3 &#x3bc;m and 10 &#x3bc;m, a wave depth Wt according to DIN EN ISO 4287 of at least 30 &#x3bc;m and a mean groove width Rsm according to DIN EN ISO 4287 of at least 150 &#x3bc;m. Pores of the friction layer have a pore size which is selected from a range with a lower limit of 25 &#x3bc;m and an upper limit of 900 &#x3bc;m.

Friction material

The invention relates to a friction lamella () comprising a disk-shaped carrier element () having a first surface () and a second surface () opposite thereto, a first friction lining () being situated on the first surface () and a second friction lining () being situated on the second surface (), which are formed from a composite material, comprising a resin and a fibrous material, and grooves () being situated in the first and in the second friction linings (), which divide the friction linings () into segments () at least in surface-proximal areas. The segments () of the first friction lining () are implemented offset by a defined offset angle () to the segments () of the second friction lining (). Furthermore, the invention relates to a method and a device for producing the friction lamella and the use of the friction lamella.
