The disclosure relates to a high-speed radial fan and to a rotor assembly () for a high-speed radial fan, comprising a bearing tube () which is axially open in the interior and in which a shaft () carrying a fan wheel () is mounted with a rotor (), wherein the rotor () of the rotor assembly () is mounted in a cylindrical separating can ().

Rotor assembly

A radial fan () is provided with a motor () and a fan housing, an outer part () and an inner part () that form a spiral-like pressure chamber (D). A pressure connector () which forms an outlet () of the radial fan () is arranged on the outer part. The fan housing is equipped with a fan wheel () which is arranged on a shaft () connected to the motor (), wherein an annular flow divider () which surrounds the fan wheel () is arranged adjacently to the fan wheel () in a radial direction. The flow divider together with the fan housing forming a diffuser (), which transitions directly into the pressure chamber (D), about the fan wheel ().

Radial ventilator

A motor assembly has an outer stator (), a rotor assembly (), a separating can (), and a first bearing () and a second bearing (). The rotor assembly () has an inner rotor () and a shaft () and defines an axial direction () and a radial direction () of the motor assembly (). The motor assembly () has a magnetic air gap () between the outer stator () and the inner rotor (). The separating can () has a split tube component () and a separating can base part (). The split tube component () has a split tube section (). The split tube section () extends through the magnetic air gap (). The outer stator () is arranged around the split tube section (). The split tube section () and the separating can base part () overlap in a first predefined axial region (). A seal () is provided between the split tube section () and the separating can base part () in the first predefined axial region ().

Motor assembly with a separating can

A printed circuit board module () has a printed circuit board () with a first side (), a second side () and a contact hole (). A sleeve-type via () is provided in the contact hole. An annular ring () is associated with the via (), on at least one side (). The annular ring () is arranged on the first side () or on the second side () of the printed circuit board (). The annular ring () is electrically connected to the via (). The annular ring () has an annular ring edge (), at least in sections. The printed circuit board module () has a solder resist layer (). It extends, at least in sections, from outside the annular ring edge () over the annular ring edge () to an outer region () of the annular ring (). An inner region () not covered with the solder resist layer (), remains on the annular ring ().

Printed circuit board module

A radial fan () or centrifugal blower is provided having a fan housing () with a spiral pressure chamber (D) and a rotor assembly () comprising an internally axially open bearing tube (), in which a shaft () carrying a fan wheel () is mounted with a rotor () of a canned motor. An air-guiding channel (L) between a first pressure-chamber region () and a second pressure-chamber region () of the spiral pressure chamber (D) is formed between the bearing tube () and the wall (W) of the canned motor, so that an air flow flows through the air-guiding channel (L) from one pressure-chamber region () to the other and in the process dissipates heat from the bearing tube () into the pressure chamber (D).
