A high-voltage cable set, in particular for a vehicle electrical system, contains a plurality of cables, which are surrounded by a common shield, and a connector, which consists of a conducting material and is electrically connected to the shield. For this purpose, a contact sleeve is integrated into the connector, the shield being fastened to the contact sleeve. The risk of contact corrosion is thereby significantly reduced.

High-voltage cable set

In order to ensure a reliable connection between a shield of a high-voltage cable and a housing, in particular for an electric or hybrid vehicle, the shield of the cable is crimped between an under-sleeve and a contact sleeve, forming an electrically conductive connection with the housing via the contact sleeve. The contact sleeve, formed as a crimp sleeve, also has a rim made of spring tongues. In addition, the under-sleeve is also simultaneously crimped with a cable sheathing of the cable in order to create a strain relief. Furthermore, the cable can be preferably fixed to the housing by a simple plug-locking connection.

Device for establishing electrical contact between a shield of an electrical cable and a housing, and a pre-assembled cable

A high-voltage power distributor is configured to keep the need for high-voltage supply lines as low as possible for an electric or hybrid vehicle having an electric-motor driving motor. The high-voltage power distributor has a distributor housing formed with a connection space. At least one incoming supply line and two outgoing supply lines, which are connected to each other, are introduced into the connection space. The distributor housing has a two-part construction, with an electrically conductive inner housing and an insulating outer housing. Each respective shield of a respective supply line is connected to the inner housing in an electrically conductive manner. Thus, a mechanically robust design is enabled together with good EMC shielding in the connection region of the supply lines, and furthermore reliable sealing with respect to the environment is enabled.

Electrical power distributor for an electric or hybrid vehicle

A monitoring device for protecting against contact or access to a hybrid vehicle having a plurality of high-voltage components and an electronic control unit connected to a low-voltage vehicle electrical system battery. Power actuators for actuating at least one electric machine are connected to a high-voltage battery by way of a power switch. The high-voltage components are monitored by way of a looped circuit and deactivated if the looped circuit is broken. A sensor that is sensitive to magnetic field changes is disposed in or at a removable contact connection of the electric machine or the electronic control unit. The sensor is connected to the looped circuit. A control component of the electronic control unit activates a discharge unit for discharging an energy storage device upon receiving a sensor signal generated by the sensor when the contact connection is broken.

Method and a device for monitoring high-voltage connections of a hybrid vehicle

A high voltage plug-connector for the detachable electric connection of high voltage components, particularly an electric drive system of a motor vehicle, has a plug with electric power contacts, a socket with a mating contacts for mating with the power contacts, and a signal plug that interacts with signal contacts for activating the high voltage. The signal plug locks the plug and the socket mechanically in their plug-in position. The mechanical plug-connector has a pre-latching position in which the signal plug is guided to a releasing position and the electric contact between the power contacts and mating contacts can be released. The mechanical lock is released only when the electric contact between the power contacts and the mating contacts is opened and the signal plug is guided to a cover position in which the signal plug covers the power contacts.

High voltage plug-connector for motor vehicles

A cable harness, more specifically a high-voltage cable harness for a motor vehicle, is provided. The cable harness has at least one electric cable, which includes an electric line and a shield that surrounds the line, as well as a device for leading-through and for connecting the shield of the cable. The device includes a lead-through element, through which a cable end is guided, as well as an under-sleeve. The under-sleeve includes a shaft and a head that is widened compared to the shaft. The under-sleeve with the shaft is inserted between the electric line and the shield as well as being retained by use of the head at the lead-through element.
