A method of processing of electrocardiogram includes the steps of providing an electrocardiogram comprising signals in at least two channels; selecting at least two frequency ranges of the signal in each of the said at least two channels; calculating an envelope for the signal in each frequency range in each channel; dividing the calculated envelope of the signal in each frequency range in each channel into QRS complex segment envelopes; and computing an average or median envelope as an average or mean of QRS complex segment envelopes for each frequency range in each channel.

Method of electrocardiographic signal processing and apparatus for performing the method

A method of measuring and analyzing the ultra high frequency EKG is performed by measuring the EKG within the frequency range above 250 Hz with a dynamic range of at least 100 dB. In the UHF EKG signal positions of Rof R wave in QRS complex of EKG are detected on the time axis and the EKG signal is converted to amplitude or power envelopes, the amplitude or power envelopes frequency range is anywhere within the limits from 0.2 Hz to at least 500 Hz. From these envelopes the amplitude and time numerical parameters that describe the myocardium depolarization inhomogeneity and electric myocardium dyssynchrony are determined, and these parameters are used for selecting the patients for multi-chamber stimulators implementation and optimization of their setting.

Method of EKG signal processing and apparatus for performing the method

The device for blood flow property measurement in the body and the method of its connection to the subject enables to measure electrical impedance in the main parts of body simultaneously. The impedance is spatially localized in the particular scanning channels () both by the placement of the current electrodes () of the alternating current source () and by setting their frequencies, and by proper spatial placement of the voltage electrodes (). For the purpose of the whole body measurement at least three current generators () and twelve scanning channels () are used. The number of scanning channels () can be adjusted as necessary. By means of this device it is possible to monitor blood pulse waves or blood flow in the particular parts of human body.
