A system, method, and computer program product are provided for upgrading software associated with an operational distributed, state-full system. In operation, an upgrade system identifies a software upgrade to perform to software associated with a distributed, state-full system. The upgrade system identifies a storage to allocate for performing the software upgrade. The upgrade system identifies one or more customer groups to utilize the software upgrade. The upgrade system identifies a temporary process failure group to utilize for real-time testing of the software upgrade, based on the identified one or more customer groups. The upgrade system removes responsibilities of event servers currently serving the one or more customer groups and moves the one or more customer groups to utilize the software upgrade operating on the temporary process failure group. Further, the upgrade system monitors operation of the software upgrade utilized by the one or more customer groups operating on the temporary process failure group to determine whether there are any issues associated with the software upgrade.

System, method, and computer program for upgrading software associated with a distributed, state-full system

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for managing data objects in a multiprocessor unit telecommunications network. In use, a plurality of data objects associated with one or more data object events corresponding to a network are received. Further, each of the plurality of data objects are assigned to one of a plurality of processing modules for processing, based on a map. Additionally, the plurality of processing modules are monitored. Furthermore, it is determined whether each of the plurality of processing modules are available to process the plurality of data objects assigned thereto, based on the monitoring. In addition, at least one first data object of the plurality of data objects that is assigned to a first processing module of the plurality of processing modules is automatically reassigned to a second processing module of the plurality of processing modules, in response to determining the first processing module of the plurality of processing modules is not available to process the at least one first data object of the plurality of data objects assigned thereto. Further, the map is updated based on the reassigning, the updated map indicating the at least one first data object is assigned to the second processing module.

System, method, and computer program for managing data objects in a multiprocessor unit telecommunications network

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for automatic discard of corrupt memory segments. In use, one or more memory blocks are allocated to specific business related information. Additionally, the one or more memory blocks allocated to the specific business related information are assigned to one or more first memory regions, the one or more first memory regions being a portion of a memory that includes a plurality of memory regions in addition to the one or more first memory regions, the plurality of memory regions including a plurality of other business related information. Further, it is identified that the specific business related information is corrupt. Moreover, the specific business related information is discarded from the memory and a master memory, such that the plurality of other business related information is not discarded.

System, method, and computer program for automatic discard of corrupt memory segments

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for performing software application operations concurrently with memory compaction operations. In use, one or more memory blocks to optimize utilizing a memory compaction operation are identified. Additionally, one or more data objects associated with the one or more memory blocks are identified, the one or more data objects being a portion of a plurality of data objects in a memory capable of being access by a software application. Further, the memory compaction operation is initiated utilizing a request including business related information associated with the one or more data objects. Moreover, an application flow of the software application is modified such that the one or more data objects are not accessed by the software application during the memory compaction operation, and the plurality of objects not associated with the one or more memory blocks are capable of being accessed by the software application during the memory compaction operation and are not processed as part of the memory compaction operation.

System, method, and computer program for performing software application operations concurrently with memory compaction operations

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for detecting duplicated telecommunications events in a consumer telecommunications network. In use, a first telecommunications event and associated first event data are received. One or more fields of data are extracted from the first event data. Additionally, a single data string is generated from the extracted one or more fields of data. Further, a hash function is utilized to create a first event signature corresponding to the single data string from the extracted one or more fields of data. In addition, a first event signature hint is extracted from the first event signature, the first event signature hint including a portion of the first event signature. Furthermore, it is determined whether the first event signature hint exists in a signature hint hash table. Responsive to determining that the first event signature hint does not exist in the signature hint hash table, the first event signature hint is stored in the signature hint hash table and the first event data associated with the first telecommunications event is stored in a telecommunications event storage. Additionally, responsive to determining that the first event signature hint exists in the signature hint hash table, it is determined whether the first telecommunications event is identical to a previously received second telecommunications event stored in the telecommunications event storage. Moreover, responsive to determining that the first telecommunications event is identical to the previously received second telecommunications event stored in the telecommunications event storage, the first telecommunications event and the second telecommunications event are designated as a duplicate event.
