A shaft assembly comprises: a hollow shaft with an axis of rotation, and a hub body connected to the hub body in a force-locking manner, wherein the hollow shaft comprises, viewed in cross-section, a circumferentially closed wall with a plurality of circumferentially distributed support portions in abutting contact with the hub body and with spring portions spaced from an inner circumferential face of the hub body, wherein inner surface regions of the spring portions lie on a smaller radius around the axis of rotation than inner face regions of the support portions, wherein the wall comprises a varying thickness over the circumference, wherein the thickness in the support portions is smaller than in the spring portions.

Shaft assembly

A leaf spring assembly for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle comprises a leaf spring of fibre-reinforced plastics for resiliently supporting a wheel carrier of the motor vehicle. The leaf spring comprises a first end portion, a spring portion, a bendable portion and a second end portion. The leaf spring further comprises a first receiving device for supporting the first end portion and a second receiving device for supporting a second end portion. The first receiving device and the second receiving device are designed such that the first end portion and the second end portion are held in a non-displaceable way relative to one another. At least one of the first and second receiving devices are designed such that the respective associated end portion is supported in a moment-free way in the receiving device.

Leaf spring assembly for motor vehicles

A driving disc with a hub and a disc rim which are rotatably supported inside one another, with at least two wound wire springs which are mounted substantially coaxially relative to the hub and disc rim and whose one end is secured in the direction of rotation relative to the hub and whose respective other end is secured in the direction or rotation relative to the disc rim.

Torsion vibration damping device

The invention relates to fixing means for fixing railway lines to sleepers or stretches of track, comprising an elastic rail clip () and a clip anchor element (). According to the invention, the elastic rail clip () has retaining elements that can be inserted into the clip anchor element () and guided into the latter by being rotated about a rotational axis (D) and at least one pressure bow (), which can be brought into pre-tensioned contact with the foot () of a railway line (), when the elastic rail clip is rotated () about the rotational axis (D) in relation to the clip anchor element (). The elastic rail clip () has essentially annular clip bows () that act as the retaining elements and the clip anchor element () has guide elements () that are concentric with the rotational axis (D).

Fixing means for fixing railway lines to sleepers or stretches of track

A spring plate for a valve spring of an internal combustion engine, which spring plate can be connected directly to the valve stem of a charge changing valve while engaging an annular groove in the valve stem. An annular disc is arranged on the valve spring and two supporting tongues which are directed radially inwardly from the annular disc and whose inner ends, in a plan view of the spring plate, comprise recesses for engaging an annular groove.

A belt tensioning device for a continuous belt drive. The device includes a torsion spring assembly () with a longitudinal axis (A) and with at least one torsion bar or torsion tube (). The torsion spring assembly () can be clamped axially and in a rotationally fast way into a rack. A tensioning arm (), at one end, is arranged at the torsion spring assembly () so as to be aligned approximately radially relative to the longitudinal axis (A). A tensioning roller () is rotatably fixed at the other end of the tensioning arm (). The axis of rotation (A) of the tensioning roller () extends substantially parallel relative to the longitudinal axis (A) of the torsion spring assembly (), and the tensioning arm () can be resiliently supported relative to the rack so as to oscillate around the longitudinal axis (A).

A wheel suspension with a wheel-guiding strut in provided which includes a helical compression spring, a shock absorber, and a suspension arm, and which is connected to a body and to a wheel. The helical compression spring is preferably made such that it at least partially compensates for transverse forces on the shock absorber or on the piston rod of the shock absorber. Thus, the axial forces acting from the coil spring ( ) onto the rolling-contact bearing ( ) have a maximum in the area of the force application line (f) of the transversal forces acting on the rolling-contact bearing ( ).
