There is provided a process for assembly of a capacitor microphone. The capacitor microphone has a frame and a counterpart electrode. The counterpart electrode is positioned in the frame and held. Adhesive is applied so that the counterpart electrode is glued directly to the frame.

Process for the production of a capacitor microphone and a capacitor microphone

There is provided a dynamic sound transducer having a diaphragm system () which has at least a first and second metallized surface () which are separated from each other by an insulating surface (). The dynamic sound transducer further has a moving coil () with a coil wire (). An end of the coil wire is electrically conductingly connected to the first metallized surface () and the other end of the coil wire is electrically conductingly connected to the second metallized surface ().

The present invention is directed to a condenser microphone with a microphone housing cap with a sound inlet opening, a microphone housing with a cross-sectional opening facing the microphone housing cap, and a diaphragm resting along the cross-sectional opening on the front side of the microphone housing surrounding the cross-sectional opening, and a counter-electrode which faces this diaphragm and which is arranged at a short distance from the diaphragm. The invention is further directed to a corresponding method for producing a condenser microphone of this kind. The invention provides an improved condenser microphone and an improved method for producing such a condenser microphone so that the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome while reducing manufacturing-related resources and, therefore, costs at the same time in that the diaphragm of the condenser microphone is glued to the microphone housing in an angle area between the underside of the diaphragm and the outer side of the microphone housing.

Condenser microphone

The present invention concerns a capacitor microphone comprising a microphone housing having a sound inlet opening, a diaphragm and a counterpart electrode which is associated with the diaphragm and which is arranged at a small spacing relative to the diaphragm. In order to be able to construct such a capacitor microphone with the smallest possible dimensions with at the same time a high signal-noise ratio and without worsening the electro-acoustic parameters, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the microphone housing has two housing portions of which the second housing portion is of a larger diameter than the first housing portion and the second housing portion is arranged in the form of a cap or sleeve over the first housing portion and the edge of the diaphragm is folded over the edge of the first housing portion and fixed to the outside of the first housing portion.

Capacitor microphone

The invention relates to an arrangement for optically determining the distance of a reflecting surface that can be used, in particular, for determining slight variations in distance such as can frequently occur in vibrating systems. Such an arrangement can also be used as optical microphone or hydrophone. The arrangement according to the invention is designed in this case such that light from a light source is directed onto a reflecting surface via a first optical fiber, and light reflected therefrom is directed onto at least one statically arranged optical detector via the first optical fiber or at least one further optical fiber. An optical element collimating in the direction of the reflecting surface is arranged between the reflecting surface and the one or more optical fibers. Furthermore, at least two optical elements focusing in the direction of the reflecting surface and whose optical axes are aligned parallel to the optical axis of the collimating optical element and are arranged at constant spacings from one another are arranged above the reflecting surface.
