The present invention relates to an expandable external penile support device (EEPSD) for use on a penis during sexual intercourse. The EEPSD includes a first support ring proximate a base of the penis, a latch pivotably coupled to the support ring, and a support member extending from the latch and defining a second support ring engageable with a distal end of the penis. The EEPSD expands and contracts to accommodate changes in penis size, usually due to the gain and loss of an erection.

A souvenir toothbrush includes a head part of the toothbrush with bristles, a handle part made with clear or opaque thermoplastic material, a molded recess inside the handle for placement of an insert having text or an image on one or both sides, a clear or opaque window insert placed inside the recess on top of the insert and a soft spongy part of the toothbrush molded to the handle of the toothbrush for convenient gripping of the handle by a user. The insert has ribs around the perimeter to allow it to be centered within the pocket of the handle and leave a gap between the insert and the pocket to be filled with soft thermoplastic elastomer. The insert is also designed with a step on either side to allow more efficient manipulation of the insert during manufacturing. A toothbrush holder, soap dish and other toiletry articles can also have a similar insert design. The toothbrush holder is designed to keep the toothbrushes, or other implements stored in the holder, from touching the bristles of other toothbrushes in the holder and is constructed for easy cleaning to avoid the accumulation of germs.

The present invention relates to dental hygiene devices carrying dental hygiene elements and to a method for assembling them. The dental hygiene devices have two intersecting cavities, with a dental hygiene element positioned in one cavity and a plug positioned in the other cavity. The plug engages a portion of the stem, thereby locking the dental hygiene element in place in the device.

A frame made of a single one-piece filament, bent at the middle to form a support loop which fits in the groove inwardly of the glans, support rods lead inwardly from the support loop where they are mounted in a joint, a detachable support ring being swingably mounted in the joint. A retainer is slidably mounted on the support rods which tightens and loosens the support loop, and holds the support rods in spaced position.

External penile support device

An interdental handle having a molded-in-place twisted wire brush that includes a handle having a generally tapered first portion of reduced cross-section at one end with a flexing and substantially resilient capability, and a second portion of a larger cross-section at an opposite end which is relatively rigid. A brush with a twisted wire stem includes a distal end embedded in at least the first portion of the handle and a proximal end projecting from the first portion of the handle. At least one concentric groove is adjacent the distal end of the twisted wire stem for preventing protrusion of the twisted wire stem from the first portion during the manufacturing process. The concentric groove includes a diameter which is substantially larger than the diameter of the twisted wire stem.
