Systems and methods include obtaining trusted network rules for a plurality of networks, wherein the trusted network rules include whether a network is untrusted or one of a plurality of trusted networks; obtaining policy configurations for each of the trusted network rules, wherein the policy configurations define configurations for a cloud-based system to use with a user device based on a corresponding network where the user device is connected; communicating with the user device and determining which network of the plurality of network the user device is connected; and applying the configurations in the cloud-based system for the user device based on the network the user device is connected. The steps can further include obtaining forwarding policies for each of the plurality of networks; and providing the forwarding policies to a connector application executed on the user device.

Cloud policy enforcement based on network trust

Systems and methods include obtaining a plurality of parameters associated with a host; determining a fingerprint of the host utilizing the plurality of parameters; and providing the fingerprint to cloud service for enrollment and management of the host in the cloud service. The cloud service can include microsegmentation of the host. The cloud service can include any of Internet access for the host and private resource access by the host.

Systems and methods using a cloud proxy for mobile device management and policy

Systems and methods for device identification for management and policy in the cloud, using a combination of several hardware parameters and user's identification to generate a unique identifier for a user device and associated user. IOCTL and Assembly can be used to get the different hardware parameters. All the hardware parameters can then run through a process to generate a fixed size hardware fingerprint. A base64 encoding can be performed to convert it into a string, for consumption of database. The resultant identifier is unique and it is never stored on machine. The application can simply generate it whenever needed. The resultant identifier can used by a service provider to uniquely identify the device even when the device is moving hands or locations. The resultant identifier is never stored, so moving data from one device to another will not result in the same identifier for two devices.

Device identification for management and policy in the cloud

Systems and methods implemented by an application executed on a user device for service discovery and connectivity include discovering one or more cloud services for a user associated with the user device; creating and operating an interface on the user device; and intercepting traffic at the interface from one or more client applications on the user device and splitting the traffic based on configuration to the one or more cloud services. The method can further include authenticating the user into the one or more cloud services prior to the splitting.

Systems and methods for cloud based unified service discovery and secure availability

Systems and methods include receiving a request from a client with the request including an authentication token as a request header, wherein the authentication token includes a first encryption key, a second encryption key, and a timestamp; decrypting the authentication token with a private key of the server to obtain the first encryption key, the second encryption key, and the timestamp; and validating the request based on the first encryption key and the timestamp, and, if valid, decrypting payload of the request with the second encryption key.

Systems and methods implemented by a unified agent application executed on a mobile device, for unified service discovery and secure availability include authenticating a user into a plurality of cloud services including a proxy service and a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, wherein the proxy service is utilized for Internet traffic and the VPN service is for Intranet traffic; creating and operating a link local network at the mobile device with a virtual network interface and multiple listening sockets; and intercepting traffic at the virtual network interface from one or more client applications on the mobile device and splitting the traffic between the proxy service, the VPN service, and the Internet based on a type of the traffic, a destination, and the one or more client applications.
