The back electrode layercomprises carbon, wherein the stackof layers comprises laser-made light-transmissive aperturesextending through at least the back electrode layerand the perovskite photoactive layerwherein the light-transmissive aperturesare fully surrounded by the layer stacklayers that contribute to the power conversion.

Translucent photovoltaic device and a method for manufacturing thereof

A photovoltaic device includes a semi-transparent substrate and at least one translucent photovoltaic cell. The photovoltaic cell includes a stack of layers disposed on the substrate, wherein the stack has apertures extending through it at least partially, contain a functionalizing agent and are uniformly distributed within the photovoltaic cell.
