A touchless faucet for an aircraft lavatory may comprise a faucet housing and an electrically controlled valve assembly located in the faucet housing. The electrically controlled valve assembly may be configured to control a flow of fluid to a primary outlet of the faucet housing. A manual actuation assembly may be located in the faucet housing. The manual actuation assembly may be configured to control the flow of fluid to a secondary outlet of the faucet housing.

Touchless faucet

A touchless faucet system may comprise a faucet housing defining an inlet of the touchless faucet. A solenoid valve assembly may be located in the faucet housing. The solenoid valve assembly may be configured to control a flow of fluid to a primary outlet of the faucet housing. A manual actuation assembly may be located in the faucet housing. The manual actuation assembly may be configured to control the flow of fluid to a secondary outlet of the faucet housing. A controller may be configured to send actuation commands to the solenoid valve assembly.

A system comprises a door including a latch assembly configured to latch the door to a doorframe in a closed position of the door. An latch actuator is operatively connected to the latch assembly to drive the latch assembly to latch and unlatch the door. A exterior touchless sensor operatively connected to the actuator to cause the actuator to unlatch the latch assembly upon receipt of touchless input from a user.
