The present invention relates to a pallet container for storage and transportation of liquids, comprising a liquid container (), a cage () that encloses the container and a pallet () with said cage mounted thereto, the cage () comprising a plurality of vertical () and horizontal () tubular bars connected together by welded joints formed at respective intersections () between the bars. At least some of said bars () comprise indents (), which are at a distance from said intersections () that is substantially equal to or longer than the width of the bars ().

Pallet container for liquids

A container for transport and storage of liquids comprises a pallet and a metal cage of standard dimensions. The container comprises also an inner bag made of plastic material, an outer envelope disposed between the inner bag and the metal cage, and fastened to the metal cage. The inner bag is not fastened to the outer envelope and is configured to be filled to unfold from an empty condition, in which the inner bag is in a flattened and folded configuration to a filled condition, in which the inner bag is in a parallelepipedal and unfolded configuration, having a volume corresponding substantially to the volume of the housing of the cage and being surrounded by the outer envelope and the metal cage.

Transport and storage container

The present invention relates to a valve for liquid containers, which comprises a conduit for liquid passage having an inlet and an outlet, a closing member disposed in the conduit, which is movable between an open position and a closed position, and an actuator for driving the closing member. The conduit is made of a first chemically resistant thermoplastic material and the closing member is made of a second thermoplastic or thermosetting material. Particularly, all the surface of the closing member that faces the inlet in the closed position, is coated with a third thermoplastic material which is heat-sealed to said second material and has high chemical resistance.

Valve for liquid containers

A pallet container for liquids () comprises a pallet (), a metal jacket () mounted to the pallet () and fastener means () for fastening the metal jacket () to the pallet (). The tank comprises a base layer of plastic material, a layer modified through plasma and a layer of metallic material deposited with vacuum PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition )technique. The metallic layer is in contact with the cage. The metallization of a plastic tank is carried out by generating in a chamber a plasma which activates the outer surface of said tank so as to form a surface layer and carrying out, with vacuum PVD technique, the deposition of a layer of conductive metallic material superposing said surface layer to obtain a tank metallized on the outside.

Electrostatic charge-free container and method of manufacturing such a container
