Techniques for determining a network health score for a network are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising obtaining network data associated with one or more user equipments (UEs) connected to a network, generating UE data for the one or more UEs using the network data, the generating comprising assigning each UE to a UE category from a set of UE categories, determining a set of UE category weights corresponding to the set of UE categories using the network data, determining at least one network health score for the one or more UEs using the network data, the generated UE data and the set of UE category weights and causing performance or at least one action in accordance with the determined at least one network health score.

System and method for estimating network performance

A device may receive building location information associated with a multi-unit building. The device may obtain an image that depicts the multi-unit building. The device may process, using a building analysis model, the image to identify exterior access features of the multi-unit building. The building analysis model may be trained based on a plurality of historical images of other exterior access features. The device may determine, using a scoring system and based on a configuration of exterior access features that are identified by the building analysis model, an exterior accessibility score of the unit. The device may perform, based on the exterior accessibility score, an action associated with qualifying the unit for installation of a service that involves access, from the unit, to an exterior of the multi-unit building.

Systems and methods for identifying a service qualification of a multi-unit building based on exterior access

A network device determines when multiple users each connect to a network using one or more devices. The network device obtains device or network-related parameters associated with the one or more devices and generates profiling vectors for each of the multiple users, that connects to the network using the one or more devices, to produce multiple profiling vectors. The network device clusters the multiple profiling vectors to identify cluster centers associated with a plurality of user groups, and determines first users of the multiple users for, or with, whom to perform certain actions or activities based on the first users' with one or more of the plurality of user groups. The network device performs the certain actions or activities with respect to the determined first users.

Systems and methods for profiling and clustering network-connected devices

In some implementations, a service qualification system may receive, from a user device, a set of images that depict a window. The service qualification system may perform an image-based analysis of the set of images to determine a reflectivity score associated with the window. The reflectivity score may be indicative of a quality associated with a signal of the service being received through the window. The service qualification system may determine, based on the reflectivity score, a service qualification metric that is indicative of a capability of receiving the service within the unit. The service qualification system may perform an action associated with the service qualification metric.

Systems and methods for identifying a service qualification of a unit based on an image-based window analysis

A service qualification platform may receive, from a user device, a service request to qualify a unit of a multi-unit building to receive a service. The service qualification platform may obtain a service coverage mapping associated with the multi-unit building and may provide, to the user device and via a user interface that is associated with a geographic information system, a unit location request for an indication of a location of the unit within the multi-unit building. The service qualification platform may receive unit location information that is associated with the indication and may determine a service qualification metric based on the service coverage mapping and the unit location information, wherein the service qualification metric is associated with a capability of receiving the service within the unit. The service qualification platform may perform an action associated with the service qualification metric.

Systems and methods for identifying a service qualification of a unit in a multi-unit building

A network device determines when multiple users each connect to a network using one or more devices. The network device obtains device or network-related parameters associated with the one or more devices and generates profiling vectors for each of the multiple users, that connects to the network using the one or more devices, to produce multiple profiling vectors. A device may capture property data identifying units associated with a multi-unit building, and may import an image of a floor plan associated with the multi-unit building. The device may provide the property data to a network device associated with a network that provides network coverage to the multi-unit building, and may receive, from the network device, network coverage data for the multi-unit building. The device may combine the image of the floor plan and the network coverage data to generate an image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage for the multi-unit building, and may capture signal reception data identifying a strength of signal from the network for one or more units of the multi-unit building. The device may perform one or more actions based on the signal reception data and the image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage.

Systems and methods for qualifying a network service for each unit of a multi-unit building

A platform can receive information regarding a user interaction, wherein the user interaction is associated with one or more channels that correspond to respective interfaces or media for the user interaction; retrieve supplemental information associated with the user interaction, wherein the supplemental information relates to at least one of: a state of a managed device associated with the user interaction, or a previous user interaction; identify, based on the information regarding the user interaction or the one or more channels, one or more models to process the information regarding the user interaction and the supplemental information, wherein the one or more models are identified from a plurality of models; determine, using the one or more models, an action to be performed with regard to the user interaction; and provide information identifying the action.

Interpretation of user interaction using model platform

A network device receives, from a client device, a request to perform a network speed test of a network connecting the client device and the network device. The network device conducts a trial test, involving data delivery between the network device and the client device, to determine an approximate capacity of the network. The network device selects an optimum data size based on results of the trial test, and selects a number of threads needed to saturate the network based on the results of the trial test. The network device controls conducting of the network speed test, using a control thread from the network device to the client device, wherein the network speed test utilizes the optimum data size and the selected number of threads.
