The present disclosure relates to establishment of communication between a computing devices and a gateway via a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and a base station, wherein a communication channel is initially established between the computing device and the base station, based on which the MME performs authentication of the computing device and also creates an Evolved Packet System (EPS) bearer between the computing device and the gateway.

A method for creating a Multipoint-to-Point EPS bearer in a packet switched transmission network is envisaged. A plurality of user equipments are installed within a tracking area assigned to a serving gateway. The user equipments are communicably coupled to an eNodeB, which is configured to receive the uplink data packets transmitted from the user Equipments. The eNodeB is communicably coupled to an S1 bearer, and with the S1 bearer designated as the destination for every uplink data packet transmitted from the eNodeB, the need for packet inspection at the eNodeB is eliminated. Likewise, since the S1 bearer is the only possible intermediate destination for the downlink data packets originating from the serving gateway, the process of packet inspection is also absolved at the serving gateway. The Multipoint-to-Point EPS bearer is communicably coupled to the user equipments for transmission of both uplink data packets and downlink data packets without packet inspection.

The present disclosure relates to field of telecommunication that provides method and system for connecting network entities in broadband communication network without Circuit-Switched fallback. Primary network entity sends a request to local network controller that ensures interoperability and reduces delay in setting up voice/data connection. The local network controller forwards the request to the central network controller that identifies the destination intermediate network entity. If the destination intermediate network entity is present in the same network as the source intermediate network entity, the central network controller assigns an IP address and establishes a traffic engineered tunnel which in turn establishes the voice calls/data connection between the primary and the secondary network entity. Otherwise, the voice calls/data connection is forwarded to a Remote Anchoring Gateway. The present disclosure reduces congestion as the request reaches Remote Anchoring Gateway only when the source and the destination intermediate network entities are in different networks.

The present disclosure also enables transmission of information across a communication channel such that the Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) is one (zero in decibels). Embodiments herein relate to a method, telemetry aggregator and system for transmitting data from a plurality of telemetry devices to an evolved nodeB (eNodeB) over wireless communication network. Method and system for exchanging content among communication entities over communication network

The present invention relates to a protection switching method and system for a Multi-Rooted Point-to-Multi-point Service in a Provider Backbone Bridge (PBB) network. Protection switching method and system for a multi-rooted point-to-multi-point service in a provider backbone bridge (PBB) network

A system for circumventing retransmission of dropped data packets from a source mobile station is envisaged. The source mobile station is coupled to a destination mobile station. The source mobile station and destination mobile station are coupled to a source eNodeB and a destination eNodeB respectively. The source eNodeB and the destination eNodeB are configured to interpret any No Acknowledgement (NACK) messages transmitted from the destination mobile station on account of non receipt of data packets transmitted from the source mobile station, and accordingly retransmit, from a buffered data packet pool, the data packets corresponding to the NACK messages. The source eNodeB and destination eNodeB prevent NACK messages from being retransmitted to the source mobile station thereby obviating the need for the source mobile station to retransmit dropped data packets, and rendering the source mobile station available for any subsequent data transfer operations.
