An apparatus for facilitating bucket movement of a material handling machine includes a joystick biased to a neutral position, movable away from the neutral position in a first direction along an axis to a first position, and movable away from the neutral position in a second direction along the axis, opposite the first direction, to a second position. The apparatus further includes an operator input movable from a disengaged position to an engaged position in which a bucket of the material handling machine is configured to automatically move in an oscillatory motion. When the operator input is in the engaged position, an intensity of the oscillation is dependent upon a position of the joystick along the axis, decreasing along the axis from the first position to the second position.

Apparatus for facilitating bucket movement

A detent mechanism is provided for a sliding valve which includes a valve slide that is accommodated within a valve housing and is linearly movable relative to a longitudinal axis. The detent mechanism has a linearly movable detent element configured to engage at least one detent notch. The detent notch is coupled with the valve slide such that when the detent element is locked into the detent notch, said valve slide is fixed along the longitudinal axis. A first spring prestresses the detent element in a direction of the detent notch. The detent element includes a permanent magnet or a ferromagnet and the detent mechanism includes an electric coil configured to generate a magnetic field. The detent element is configured to be moved in opposition to the prestressing force of the first spring and out of engagement with the detent notch via the magnet and magnetic field.

Detent mechanism for a sliding valve

The invention relates to a hydraulic control arrangement for a mobile machine tool, particularly for a forklift, comprising at least two hydraulic loads (), one of them having a lifting function. According to the invention, the two loads are each controlled via a LUDV valve with inflow measuring diaphragm () and LUDV pressure regulator () connected downstream.

Hydraulic control arrangement

A hydraulic steering apparatus with steering amount amplification is provided, wherein a metering device for supplying pressure medium to steering cylinders is actuated in accordance with an amount of rotation of the steering wheel. With the aid of a control block it is possible to deliver an additional pressure medium volume to the steering cylinders, wherein control of the control block is effected through the intermediary of a control circuit containing an effective control pressure that is substantially lower than the load pressure for transmitting the steering moment at the steering cylinder. A spring assembly for the control block is also provided, wherein two springs are arranged in parallel, one of which only takes effect following a predetermined stroke of the control element.
