A method for making an electroluminescent marking on an exterior wall of an aircraft, including a step of superpositioning of layers designed or configured to produce the electroluminescent marking on a first face of a flexible backing distinct from the aircraft to obtain a marking tape and a step of affixing the marking tape to the exterior wall of the aircraft. The disclosure herein also concerns a marking tape for the implementing of the method, a marking device obtained from the method, and an aircraft comprising the marking device.

A system for attenuating glare experienced by an operator of a vehicle is provided with a transparent display unit or screen with adjustable pixels that is interposed between an operator of a vehicle and all or part of a windshield of the vehicle, and a device to control pixel intensity to attenuate glare from a luminous object. A system is provided with a positioning module for determining the position of the operator inside the vehicle, and for determining the position of at least one luminous object outside the vehicle that is a source of glare experienced by the operator. A system is provided with a computing device for computing a glare line between the operator and luminous object and the position of the display screen where the glare line intersects the display unit.

Systems, methods, and computer readable media for protecting an operator against glare

A method for assisting the piloting of an aircraft on the ground comprises the steps of obtaining a panoramic view of at least one area adjacent to the aircraft, isolating an image corresponding to a part of the panoramic view and which is selected according to an orientation desired by the pilot, and displaying the image on a display device visible by the pilot. A system for the implementation of the method is also provided.

Method for assisting the piloting of an aircraft on the ground and system for its implementation

An interaction method in an aircraft cockpit between a pilot and his environment. The cockpit includes a plurality of activation zones which each comprise an element of interest which is connected with the cockpit or the external environment thereof and which can be activated on the basis of the interaction of at least one movable member of the pilot's body with the activation zone. The method includes the steps of establishing, in a manner repeated over time, the spatial position of the movable member of the pilot's body and a comparison between such spatial position and the position of the activation zones and automatic activation of the activation zone in the environment of the pilot in order to inform the pilot about the availability of further interaction with the element of interest involved. The method improves the interaction between the pilot and his environment connected with the cockpit.
