A method is provided for testing switch signals of an inverter of an electric machine of a drive system of a motor vehicle. The electric machine is controlled via a pulse-width modulation generated by a control unit using a target duty cycle and a triangular-waveform voltage sequence. An actual duty cycle of a current pulse-width modulation is continuously ascertained from the switch signals and compared with the target duty cycle of the control unit.

A circuit for discharging an energy store of a drive system includes a power electronics unit in an on-board electrical system and a single-phase DC/DC converter connected upstream of the drive system. The converter includes a first capacitor, a coil connected downstream of the first capacitor, a first switch, a second switch connected downstream of the coil, and a second capacitor connected downstream of the second switch. The first switch is for a first current circuit including the first capacitor and the coil, and the second switch is for a second current circuit including the first capacitor, the second capacitor, and the coil. During a discharge process, the first switch and the second switch are designed to be switched in an alternating manner and differently relative to each other such that either the first current circuit or the second current circuit is closed to actively discharge the energy store.

Circuit for discharging an energy store of a drive system

An electrical circuit arrangement includes an inverter, a driver circuit and a protective circuit. The inverter includes a plurality of inverter switching elements each having a drive connection. The drive connection of at least one inverter switching element is connected to the driver circuit via a first switching element of the protective circuit (). A drive connection of the first switching element is connected to a circuit node, which is connected to a first potential via a resistor and to a second potential via a second switching element. The protective circuit comprises a comparison device, an input of which is connected to an operating voltage and a reference voltage and an output of which is connected to a drive connection of the second switching element so that, if the operating voltage deviates from the reference voltage, the second switching element is switched and the first switching element is switched due to one of the first potential or the second potential being applied to the circuit node as a result of the switching of the second switching element.

A multiphase voltage transformer for an electrical supply network for supplying an electrical machine with electrical energy from an electrical energy storage system. This electrical supply network includes the multiphase voltage transformer, an output current converter connected downstream of this transformer and an intermediate circuit connected between the transformer and the output current converter. The transformer includes a circuit arrangement having parallel-connected voltage transformer units at the input end, each of these units having an inductance and two semiconductor switch units and a control unit for actuating the semiconductor switch units. The control unit is configured so as to actuate the semiconductor switch units in an intermediate circuit discharging operation such that it powers down the intermediate circuit voltage of the intermediate circuit in less than a second into the low voltage range. A corresponding electrical supply network, an energy supply system having network and a method are provided.

A device for integrated current measurement inside a high-voltage contact-making means of a hybrid module includes a printed circuit board with at least one current sensor chip that is arranged on the printed circuit board. The device further includes a high-voltage contact-making plug connection, which is mounted on the printed circuit board.
