A system for cleaning bone that includes a base unit with a motor, a cleaning head with a cleaning element and a mill head with a mill element. Both the cleaning head and the mill head are designed to be coupled to the base unit. Both the cleaning element and mill element have features that facilitate their coupling to the motor. When the cleaning head is attached to the base unit, a motor in the base unit rotates the cleaning element to remove soft tissue from the bone so as to clean the bone. The mill element is placed on the base unit and the cleaned bone placed in the mill head. The actuation of the base unit motor results in the actuations of the mill element. The actuation of the mill element converts the cleaned bone into bone chips.

A patient assist handle includes an outer frame member, an inner frame member positioned within the outer frame member, a support post connected to the outer frame member, the support post having a first end and an opposing second end, a rotation actuator provided on the first end of the support post, the rotation actuator allowing rotation of the patient assist handle about a first rotation axis, and a release mechanism provided on the second end of the support post, the release mechanism allowing rotation of the patient assist handle about a second rotation axis.

To move a filter along a manifold assembly the filter may be seated on a moveable shuttle assembly. Seating the filter on the shuttle assembly may include mating a key portion on the filter with a key portion on the shuttle assembly, each key portion corresponding to a filtration characteristic of the filter. The shuttle assembly and the seated filter may then be moved between a first position, wherein the key portions of the filter and the shuttle assembly are mated to one another and first and second fittings of the filter are spaced from first and second fittings of the manifold assembly, and a second position, wherein the key portions of the filter and the shuttle assembly are mated to one another and the first and second fittings of the filter sealingly engage the first and second fittings of the manifold assembly.

A filter has first and second fittings, a permeable filter medium, and a housing. The housing defines a fluid flow path within the housing between the first and second fittings, and the permeable filter medium is arranged in the fluid flow path to remove one or more substances from a fluid flowing along the fluid flow path. A reservoir is positioned in an upper region of the housing and includes a wall surrounding the first and second fittings of the filter. Each of the fittings has a topmost portion and the wall of the reservoir has a topmost portion, the topmost portion of each filter fitting being at or below the topmost portion of the reservoir wall. A filter arrangement may include a filter and a manifold assembly having first and second fittings which may be sealingly coupled to or uncoupled from the first and second fittings of the filter.

A filter has first and second fittings, a permeable filter medium, and a housing. A finger hold is positioned in an upper region of the housing, the finger hold defining a space that is sufficient to allow one or more fingers of an operator to fit in the space and grasp the filter.

A system for cleaning bone that includes a base unit with a motor, a cleaning head () with a brush () and mill head with a mill element. Both the cleaning head and the mill head are designed to be coupled to the base unit. Both the brush and mill element have features that facilitate their coupling to the motor. When the cleaning head is attached to the base unit, a motor in the base unit rotates the brush to clean the bone. When the mill head is attached to the vase unit, the base unit motor actuates the mill element to convert the cleaned bone into bone chips.

Electronic device enclosures providing improved heat dissipation are described herein. An example enclosure for holding an electronic circuit board includes a housing having a first portion coupled to a second portion to form a cavity to hold the electronic circuit board. Each of the first and second portions comprises openings to direct convention airflow across opposing faces of the electronic circuit board at the same time. A baffle is coupled to the housing to substantially visually obscure the openings and to define a gap between the housing and the baffle to direct the convection airflow across the opposing faces of the electronic circuit board.
