A method for calibrating a light module including a set of light-emitting elements, the method including powering the light-emitting elements so as to obtain an image projected by the light module, the projected image including a set of pixels, each pixel corresponding to at least one subset of at least one light-emitting element of the light source; for each pixel of the projected image, comparison of a difference between a light intensity of the pixel with a predefined light intensity of a corresponding pixel of a reference image, with a threshold; in the case where the difference is above the predetermined threshold, determination of a modified power supply value of at least one first light-emitting element of the subset corresponding to the given pixel; and storage, in a memory of the light module, of the modified power supply value in association with an identifier of the subset including the first light-emitting element.

Method and system for controlling the electric current within a semiconductor light source defining at least two distinct light-emission regions

A luminous motor-vehicle system including an optical module and aims to compensate for undesirable movement or deformation effects caused by the manufacturing tolerances of the optical portion. The module includes an imaging device provided with a pixelated spatial modulator, which is illuminated by a source, and a projecting optic. A control unit for controlling the modulator receives first display commands that are representative of an image to be projected. This unit converts each first display command into a second display command taking into account correction parameters, which are predefined on the basis of an identification of geometric defects specific to the projecting optic. The control unit controls the modulator, which may be a digital micromirror device, depending on the second display commands in order that the image actually projected by the imaging device corresponds to the image to be projected.

The present invention relates to a lighting system including a primary light source producing a primary light beam in the direction of a conversion device that returns a secondary light radiation to an optical imaging system forming a projected light beam. The light includes a non-converted light part of the first primary light beam which is returned by the conversion device in the projected light beam and is reflected by an obstacle situated in the zone illustrated by said projected light beam.
