A device, method and kit for replacing the lid and brush assembly of a conventional golf ball washer to easily convert it to an eco-friendly item washing device is provided. The invention involves a top having an insert sized to fit on top of the head of the conventional golf ball washer and having a pump assembly releasably secured thereon. The lid/brush assembly of the conventional washer is removed and the contaminated water of the head is drained and a cleaning solution is poured therein. The invention is then positioned on top of the head and releasably secured thereon. The invention includes a nest to receive a 'dirty' golf ball therein. When placed in the nest, the user activates a pump to dispense the cleaning solution directly onto the ball or other golf item, in a limited delivery of cleaning solution to the dirty item to reduce waste.

Golf equipment washing mechanism for use on conventional golf ball washers

A device, method and kit for replacing a conventional golf ball washing assembly that uses a crank lever, as well as its shaft (which fits into a base on the ground) to easily convert it to an eco-friendly item washing device is provided. The invention involves a hollow support tube and an associated head having a pump assembly releasably secured thereon. The entire conventional washer is removed, except for the base, and one end of the support tube is inserted into the base. The pump assembly is removed and a cleaning solution is poured through the head and into the support tube. The pump assembly is re-attached. A head nest receives a 'dirty' golf ball therein. When placed in the nest, pump activation dispenses the cleaning solution directly onto the ball or other golf item, in a limited delivery of cleaning solution to the dirty item to reduce waste.

A universal adaptor for use with electronic parking meters which provides these electronic parking meters with the ability to detect the presence of a parked vehicle and to adjust the position of the detector for accomplishing the vehicle detection, to gather statistics on the parking spaces and the meters, to alert the parking authority of meters that are expired in connection with vehicles still parked, and zeroing the remaining time off of any meter once the parked vehicle departs.

Electronic parking meter

An electronic parking meter mechanism that can be dis-assembled and re-assembled by parking authority personnel without the need for tooling. This electronic parking meter mechanism is compatible with any conventional parking meter housing, thereby allowing the device to replace either a mechanical parking meter mechanism or other electronic parking meter mechanisms. In addition, a rugged and secure vehicle detector unit can be electrically coupled to this electronic parking meter mechanism for providing vehicle detection information to the electronic parking meter, thereby allowing the meter to, among other things, reset any unused parking time, while being able to reliably detect the presence or absence of a vehicle in the corresponding parking space. Furthermore, this electronic parking meter utilizes unique and universal symbology for indicating a number of important parking space/meter conditions to both the parking authority personnel, as well as to patrons.
