At least 10 equivalent % of the hydroxyl groups present in (A) and/or (B) are primary hydroxyl groups. The coating materials after curing have a storage modulus E' in the rubber-elastic range of at least 1.5*10Pa, the storage modulus E&#x2032; having been measured by dynamic mechanical thermoanalysis (DMTA) on homogeneous free films with a thickness of 40&#xb1;10 &#x3bc;m.
