A system for managing process automation with a macro bot is provided. By allowing for modifications to RPA bot behavior without changing the code of the RPA bots and providing for an efficient querying and reporting function, the system addresses a number of computer technology-centric challenges. The system allows the entity to push updates to bot behavior through a rules database without individually reconfiguring each bot. This ensures that the functionality of the bots may be updated for future entity needs and objectives while minimizing bot downtime. Furthermore, providing updates without changing the code of the bots allows the system to increase computing efficiency by reducing the demands on computer resources associated with applying a system-wide update, such as processing power, memory space, storage space, cache space, electric power, and networking bandwidth.

Robotics process automation macro bot

A system for generating event case management applications. The system requires input of event case criteria, such as, but not limited to, event case type, steps, actions associated with the steps, actors required to perform the actions, data entry documents/forms and/or data entry elements in the documents/forms, and data entry points. Based on the received inputs and rules associated with the event case type and other event case criteria, the tool automatically generates computer code that creates an event case management application. As such, the tool provides a standardized and streamlined approach to generating event case management applications that requires minimal technology support, is cost efficient and effectively delivers deployable event case management applications in minimal time.

Tool for generating event case management applications

A system, method and the like for structuring computer-mediated communication data, such as social media data, determining a relevant operations management case/event type(s) based at least on the structured data and generating an applicable case type-specific workflow for the case implementing the structured data. Unstructured data is received, from various different computer-mediated communication channels and/or related listeners, and transformed into structured data. Additionally, data originating at various different computer-mediated communication channels is translated into a format that is operations management tool-agnostic and vice versa. Moreover, in response to structuring the computer-mediated communication data, one or more case/event types are determined that are applicable to the computer-mediated communication data and one or more case-type specific workflows are generated implementing the structured data.

According to one embodiment, a system for digital process management comprises a memory and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The memory is operable to store input data, output data, and a process model, each associated with a digital process management system. The processor is operable to determine the process model based upon user input, wherein the process model comprises a set of rules, determine the input data based upon data received from a data source, and determine whether to initiate the process model based upon the input data. The system is further operable to execute the process model by determining a state of a process, determining an activity based upon the state and the set of rules, executing the activity, determining results data, and determining the output data based upon the results data. The system is further operable to communicate the output data to the memory.

According to one embodiment, a system for digital process management comprises at least one memory and processor communicatively coupled to one another. The memory is operable to store input data, output data, and a process model, each associated with a digital process management system. The processor is operable to determine the process model, which comprises a set of rules, determine the input data based upon data received from a data source, and determine whether to initiate the process model based upon the input data. The system is further operable to execute the process model across two of an Internet-connected device, a gateway, and an enterprise by determining a state of a process, determining an activity based upon the state and the set of rules, executing the activity, determining results data, and determining the output data based upon the results data. The system is further operable to communicate the output data.
