In an example embodiment, a natural language processing (NLP) machine learning and rules-based text extraction and analysis approach is used to convert a textual service recommendation document into customer-tailored actions considering the specific context-based executable script. This creates end-to-end automation in implementing suggestions provided in textual documents. Actions mentioned in the document can be processed automatically whenever possible, or at least transformed into a semi-automated action with system support. The solution can be configured to automate end-to-end converting of documents into personalized technical scripts and implementing these scripts at the customer-side.

Natural language processing machine learning to convert service recommendations to actionable objects

The present disclosure involves systems and computer implemented methods for protecting portions of electronic documents. An example method includes receiving a request for access to an electronic file having sections, at least one section encrypted using a first key based on a first password. A second key is generated in response to receiving a second password, wherein the second key is generated based on the second password. The second key is compared to the first key. If the second key is identical to the first key, the least one section of the electronic file encrypted using the first key is decrypted using the second key. The electronic file is then presented such that the section(s) previously encrypted using the first cryptographic key is made visible. If the second key is not identical to the first, the electronic file is presented with the encrypted section(s) obscured.

A method for communicating with enterprise users of an enterprise mobile application on a mobile communication device includes providing the enterprise mobile application to a distribution platform server for downloading to memory of a plurality of mobile communication devices. Including in the enterprise mobile application instructions to connect to the application distribution platform server, and to cause a respective device identifier token to be downloaded to the memory of the mobile communication device, where the device identifier token is specific to that instantiation of the downloaded enterprise mobile application. Where an enterprise mobile application developer and/or provider uses the respective device identifier token to address a message to respective ones of a plurality of mobile communication devices at about the same time. A system and a non-transitory computer-readable medium for implementing the method are also disclosed.

To provide a secure access to business information, restriction rules are generated and associated with metadata of the business information. The restriction rules are propagated to a device application functioning on a device. The device application monitors a geo-fencing location of the device based upon the received restriction rules. Based upon a request to access the business information triggered at the device, the restriction rules associated with a current geo-fencing location of the device and the restriction rules associated with the requested business information is determined. Based upon the restriction rules associated with the requested business information and network connectivity, the requested business information is downloaded to the device. Based upon the restriction rules associated with the current geo-fencing location of the device, an access to the downloaded business information is rendered.

Securing access to business information

In an embodiment, mobile application downloaded and installed in a mobile device is launched for the first time. The mobile application automatically locates a configuration server and connects automatically to the located configuration server. After connection is established with the configuration server, appropriate configuration parameters set is identified and automatically fetched to the mobile device. The fetched configuration parameters set is automatically applied to the mobile application. After applying the configuration parameters set, automatically authenticate the mobile application to an enterprise server. Thus, when the user of the mobile device launches the installed mobile application for the first time, the zero-step auto-customization noted above takes place without manual intervention. The user is thus able to use the mobile application in a normal manner subject to the configurations applied.

Various embodiments of systems and methods for visual securement of sensitive data are described herein. In one aspect, the method includes receiving a request for displaying a report. It is determined whether the requested report comprises sensitive data. When the report comprises the sensitive data, a display rule related to the sensitive data is identified. Based upon the identified display rule, the sensitive data within the report is displayed.
