A conductive protrusion assembly () is disclosed. The conductive protrusion assembly () includes a conductive cup () defining a chamber (C). The conductive cup () is supportable by a support plate () of the evaporator (). A conductive lid () is fixed within the chamber (C), dividing the chamber into a cooling section (A) and an insulating section (B) where, the insulating section (B) of the conductive cup () is packed with an insulation material. The conductive lid () is defined with an inlet port () and an outlet port () for circulate a cooling fluid through the cooling section (A) and the insulating section (B) is defined with a flow passage to allow flow of a defrost fluid. The conductive protrusion assembly () with an insulating section (B) and a cooling section (A) enables spherical shaped ice blocks () to be produced without the use of a mould.

Conductive protrusion assembly for an evaporator of an ice-making machine

A system for man-machine interaction for a vehicle is disclosed. The proposed system includes an interactive reflected display on a windscreen of the vehicle; an eye tracking module including an eye gaze tracker for tracking eye gaze direction of a user, and a training unit to train the tracking module using a neural network to predict a real-time set of coordinates for eye gaze direction of the user based on a created reference data set of coordinates of the display; a finger tracking module to detect presence of a finger of the user and track movement of the finger; a cursor module configured to, on the basis of a received input, move a cursor on the display to an area of interest on the display; and a wireless switch module operatively coupled to the display for selecting a target in the area of interest on the display.

System for man-machine interaction in vehicles

An evaporator assembly for an ice machine is disclosed. The assembly comprises of a frame, a plurality of first cooling surfaces that are spaced at a distance and extend in a first direction within the frame. The assembly also includes a plurality of second cooling surfaces which extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction within the frame. An intersection of the plurality of first and second cooling surfaces defines a plurality of ice forming blocks. Further, at least one conductive wall having a first surface and a second surface is provided. The first surface of the conductive wall is configured to accommodate the plurality of ice forming blocks and the second surface of the conductive wall is configured to come in contact with refrigerant or defrost fluid.

Evaporator assembly for a vertical flow type ice making machine

The present disclosure discloses, an evaporator assembly for a vertical flow type ice-making machine. The assembly comprising a plurality of tubes for circulating a refrigerant, and a plurality of conductive protrusions thermally coupled to and extending the plurality of tubes. Each of the plurality of conductive protrusions defines an ice-making region. The assembly also includes a non-conductive plate arranged adjacent to the plurality of tubes. The non-conductive plate is defined with a provision to accommodate the plurality of conductive protrusions which exchanges heat with the refrigerant flowing through the plurality of tubes and forms the ice layer by layer, and shape of at least one surface of the ice is defined by the non-conductive plate. The configuration of the assembly produces ice in the form of individual ice-cubes of a specific shape and size, and thereby improves the efficiency of the machine and ice-making process.

Disclosed is an evaporator assembly for a horizontal type ice making machine. The evaporator assembly includes a plurality of tubes for circulating a refrigerant; a plurality of conductive protrusions, which are thermally coupled to and extending from each of the plurality of tubes; and a non-conductive plate, which is arranged adjacent to the plurality of tubes. The non-conductive plate is defined with a plurality of moulds, wherein each of the plurality of moulds is defined with a provision to receive one of the plurality of conductive protrusions. Each of the plurality of tubes includes a hemispherical structure, configured to enclose a top portion of the mould. The configuration of the evaporator assembly facilitates fast and efficient formation of ice, and there improves the efficiency of the ice making machine.

Evaporator assembly for a horizontal type ice making machine

An ice-machine rotatable assembly and housing, comprising a first side wall defining a first elongate slot extending from an edge of the first side wall, and the rotatable assembly comprising: a rotatable member configured to move liquid toward an ice former mounted with respect to the housing. The rotatable member including a first connecting part towards a first end of the rotatable member; and a first slide plate having a rail and a first side panel extending along a length of the rail of the first slide plate. The rail of the first slide plate being configured to be at least partially received by the first elongate slot, wherein: the first connecting part of the rotatable member is moveable along the elongate slot to position the rotatable member in the installed position. The first slide plate is mountable with its rail at least partially received by the first elongate slot.
